He doesn't want his personal message broadcasted to all. They might have their own world as a common joke, but the truth is, all eyes are on them. And he doesn't want that. Even for a day---for a very special day---they can have their own little privacy.

Alden closed his Twitter app after posting his message for Maine. That was the only thing he will share to everyone. The rest will be for Maine's eyes/ears only.

He saw Mama Ten approaching, the bouquet of roses in hand. He stood up and retrieved the said flowers to his PA.

"Okay na Ma?"

"Oo. Tumawag na sila para mag-confirm."

"Okay. Quiet tayo huh?"

"Naman! Ako pa ba 'nak?"

"Thanks Ma!"

RJ turned around. He saw Maine chatting with Kat and Ola while JoWaPao left them to change clothes. Maine was sitting on the staircase while her friends munched the lumpia. She was laughing at something that Ola said when he approached them.

"Maine..."

Kat and Ola turned their heads while Maine looked up. She turned her attention on the roses.

"May pa-flowers ka na naman..."

"Pang bungad..."

Maine laughed at him. "Parang opening prod?"

"Yes. Sa Saturday ang big event." He handed her the bouquet. "Oh. Happy birthday ulit."

Maine smiled sweetly as she cradled the flowers on her arms. "Thank you Shoks. Okay na 'yung gift mo kanina ah?"

"Kay Divina 'yun. This and the one on Saturday ang para kay Meng."

"Can't wait."

"Really?"

"Yes. 'Kaw din ba?"

"Of course."

"Later ulit?"

"Sure ka? Baka late na ako makauwi."

"Don't care. I can wait. Gusto kong ako ang huling bumati sa'yo."

"Nauna ka na nga kaninang madaling araw eh."

"Exactly. Gusto ko ako ang una't huli."
