{Friday May 6th}
Keenon.
"I got a job, finally." I said after stuffing my mouth with a fork full of mashed potatoes.
"Really?!" Koryn exclaims, her eyes getting wide with joy.
"Damn, you want me out that bad?" We both laughed.
"Where at?" She asked.
"The tattoo shop down the street." I answered.
Her smile then faded. "The shop down the street? That means it's in Compton."
"Well, we are in Compton, right?"
"So you're not leaving."
"I am."
"Where are you going? Are you going to drive down here everyday?"
"I'm gonna get a house down here."
"What? Why? Why would you leave that nice house up there."
"Because my job is down here."
"So you're going to pack everybody up and just buy a new house because of a new job?"
"I'm not packing everybody up."
"What?"
"I think me and Teyana need a break. An actual break."
"Oh not this again. What happened now?"
"She works at the strip club."
"What?!"
"Yup. Had to pull her out of there the other day. We got into it and I just don't know what I want to do now."
"You need to forgive her. People make mistakes."
"It's too many mistakes. You just don't understand Kory."
"Think about it Keenon, you know how much it's hurting her just to have you gone for a little bit. Why leave her for good?"
"I'm tired of it. Everything. I try my bet with that girl, I mean I love her, I'd love her to death but I just don't think we're right for each other anymore."
{Meanwhile-}
Teyana.
"Look at what he posted." I put my phone in Kamiya's face.
"When was that?"
"3 days ago."
"A damn shame. She's pretty though."
"She ain't pretty."
"You think he fucking her?"
"I know he's fucking her!"
She chuckled a little bit. "I'm glad you stop stripping Tey, really, that was bad for you. This new job is great."
I got a new job working at Sprint. It's not that great but it's a start. Keenon is still going to be paying the bills at the house. I don't even know if this separation is final or just temporary and the fact that he's mad enough that it could be final, scares me because I need Keenon in my life.

{Friday May 20th}
Teyana.
"Here." I handed Keenon Kierra's diaper bag. He didn't say anything, he didn't even look at me.
"Keenon..." I said then pulled his earphone out.
"What Teyana?!"
"I want to talk to you."
"I didn't come here to talk."
"I miss you." He didn't respond. "You don't miss me too?"
"I do, Teyana." He looked me in my eyes and said.
A smile appeared on my face. "Why don't you come back home baby?" I asked him.
He shook his head. "I'm disappointed in you."
"Are you going to be disappointed forever?"
He shook his head again. "I love you too much for that."
"So you need more time away though?"
"I don't know if I could deal with being away for any longer."
I grinned. "I missed you so much Keenon."
"I missed you too Teyana. I really did. I missed you and my daughter and King."
"Babe?"
He looked at me.
"Promise me you won't leave again."
He smirked, "I won't baby girl."
"Promise Keenon."
"I promise."
I kissed his lips, I missed doing that too.
~~~
Keenon.
"So you did fuck her?" Teyana asks me again.
I've been trying to avoid this question during this whole argument but she won't give up until I answer her.
"Why does it matter Tey?"
"Because I just wanna know and it's obvious that you did because you won't answer."
"Fine I did fuck her."
"I knew it."
"Happy now?" I ask in a sarcastic tone.
"Yeah. All I wanted you to do was be honest."
"Even though it doesn't matter."
"It matters to me Keenon."
"Apparently." I mumble.
"Just get out my face Keenon."
"What the fuck? What the fuck did I do?" I chuckle a little bit.
"You're getting on my nerves." She rolls her eyes.
