Chapter 25

Riley's POV

After five minutes Miss Kate came back and announced:"In the competition were doing next the point solo is going to be replaced by a duet with Riley and James"
No, no ,no, I didn't want to do this duet with James, I don't want to be so close to him again.
James was other opinion, "Great", he contributed.

"I rather want to do the solo, Miss Kate", I told her.
"Riley, you agreed to me five minutes earlier", she recalled me.
"But I changed my mind", I stated.
"No you're doing the duet now", she declared.
"Please Miss Kate", I begged her, I should have asked her about what she had in mind earlier.
"No", she told me and went to her office.

James's POV

I didn't understand why Riley don't wanted to do the duet with me.
I thought that we were fine now, but I guess I was wrong.
Why did it had to be so difficult.
I watched her, she was staring at Michelle, who was dancing right now.

"Why don't you want to do the duet with me?", I asked her.
She turned to me.
"I don't think we have good chemistry", she informed me.
Slowly I was getting pissed at her, what was she talking about.
"We don't have good chemistry", I asked her without being convinced.
"Yes", she confirmed.

"What are you talking about?", I noticed the whole A-Troupe turning around to us, because I was nearly yelling "I don't know what your problem is, I am always on your side helping you, when no one other is and you are always treating me like shit, if you don't want to do the duet, then fine. I can't bare you anymore anyways", I yelled.
Then I turned around and walked out of A-Studio.

Riley's POV

I couldn't believe what had happened.
I felt a tear running down my cheek, the whole A-Troupe was staring at me and whispering.
I quickly ran out of the Studio.
James yelled at me, I thought he would never do that, but I knew that I deserved it, I was mean and rude to him, although he was the only person who stood up for me.
I wanted to apologize to him, but I didn't know how.

I entered Hidalgos and sat on a chair, maybe I should wait until tomorrow, so he could calm down.

James's POV

I was sitting here exactly two minutes and already felt guilty for yelling at Riley.
I was so stupid, I always had to ruin all.
She was probably feeling terrible, I had to go apologize to her.
I quickly stood up and walked back to A-Studio, but she wasn't there anymore.

"Michelle, do you know where Riley went?", I asked her.
"No, but she deserved to hear the truth", she added.

I walked out again and entered Hidalgos, hopefully she would still be in the building.
I immediately saw her sitting on a chair crying.
I walked over to her.

"Riley, I am so sorry, I didn't mean to say all these things, they aren't true", I apologized to her.
She looked up to me and instead of answering she stood up and embraced me in a hug.
I hugged her back, I was relieved that she wasn't mad at me.

"You shouldn't apologize, you haven't done anything wrong, I was unfair and rude, I'm sorry", she sobbed still hugging me.
"It's okay", I confirmed her stroking her back.
I was so happy to know that we were fine again.

We released from the hug and I looked into her brown eyes.
We were just standing there in front of each other looking into each others eyes, but it was nonetheless a magical moment.
I just wanted to kiss her, but I knew that if I would do that she would be mad and all would start over again.

"Riley", I suddenly heard Charlie's voice behind me, really?, did he always had to destroy all.
"Hi", she said surprised and walked over to him, only giving me a smile.
I would get her back, because she was my girl and not his.
