Riley's POV

"I really like spaghetti", James told me rolling his on his fork.
"I like it too", I said laying my fork on my plate and chewed the spaghetti that was in my mouth.
"Really, then you probably like this too", James said turning his fork so quickly, that the sauce splash in my face.

"James", I said taking a napkin and wiping the sauce from my face.
He just started laughing.
"That's not funny", I informed him smiling.
"Actually it is, you have something there", he added and took the napkin from my hand wiping it over my cheek down to my lip and stopped there.

It was a little awkward he looked at my lip as if he was hypnotized and I didn't move either.
"Ehm..Is it gone?", I asked looking to him.
He quickly took the napkin from my lip and laid it on the desk.
"Yes", he answered smiling.

"Who wants to watch a movie?", West asked full of enthusiasms.
The whole A-Troupe walked to the living room to watch the movie.

"West could you maybe wait, I just want to pick up my jacket?", I asked West carefully.
"Sure, we still have to choose the movie", he informed me smiling.
"OK, thanks", I said walking up to James.
"I'm just going to pick up my jacket", I told him.
He nodded and sat on the couch.

I walked out of the living room to the corridor to walk upstairs to the room.
I quickly walked in, closed the door and went to the wardrobe to search the jacket that I had hung there some minutes before.
It was a really cool hoodie, it was a light blue and was really soft.
I was about to close the wardrobe and to put on my hoodie, as I heard a strange sound.
I turned around wondering what it could be.

What I saw was a chicken.
I screamed so loud, that probably the neighbors could hear me.
I quickly let go of the hoodie and jumped on the bed hitting my foot on the wardrobe, but I didn't care.
I had a phobia of chicken, since I was little and a chicken attacked me.
I screamed, but the chicken just turned around looking confused up to me.

I walked to the beginning of the bed, suddenly the chicken jumped on the bed moving closer to me.
I screamed even louder and started crying.

James's POV

Suddenly I heard a loud scream from upstairs, Riley!
I jumped up from the couch and ran upstairs, what was going on.
I ran so fast, that I almost fall from the stairs, but I didn't care, I just wanted to save Riley, from whatever was going on.
I reached the room and opened it loudly.

What I saw surprised me, on the bed in front of a crying screaming Riley was a little chicken looking really confused to me.
I quickly walked to the bed and caught the chicken, I knew how scared Riley was from chicken, she had a phobia.
I walked out of the room with the chicken cackling and laid the chicken in the boy's bathroom, closing the door, leaving the chicken there, then I walked quickly to Riley, who was still crying pressing resting her head on her knees.

"It's okay Riley, the chicken is gone", I said sitting on the bed next to her taking her in my arms, she instantly got on my lap and curled to my chest.
I stroked her hair trying to comfort her.
She was shaking and I could tell that she was really scared.
"It's okay, I'm here now", I said holding her closer to me.
She nodded resting her head on my chest, still crying a little.

Suddenly the whole A-Troupe stood in the room.
"What's going on?", West asked looking first to Riley then to me.

"Who made this?", I asked angry.
No answer.
"I asked WHO MADE THIS?", I practically shouted.
"She deserved it, OK, you just too stupid to get it", Michelle answered looking to Riley, trying to not look at me, she was shaking.
"And was it funny?, Did you had a good laugh? Are you now happy that you scared Riley for life?", I asked her even more angry.

She didn't answer just looked down at the floor.
"Leave all of you!", I shouted at them taking Riley's hand in mine, she was trying to wipe the tears away, she was probably embarrassed.
They left closing the door behind them and I continued comforting Riley.
They went to far this time.

Riley's POV

I was a little embarrassed.
James was holding me in his arms and I was crying since a half hour.
I wanted to stop, but I just couldn't, every time I tried to stop, I would see the chicken in front of me.

"I'm sorry..I'm so ridiculous I cry because of a chicken", I tried to say but ended up sobbing.
He looked down to me, smiled and said:"Riley you are not ridiculous, everyone has fear of something, it's totally normal and you don't have to apologize, because I don't mind comforting you".
The last he said with a wide smirk on his lips.

I laughed and hugged him one last time before standing up from his lap and wiping of my tears.
I couldn't explain how James always made me laugh, even on my worst days.

Suddenly the door opened and West entered slowly the room.
"Do you two want to watch a movie with us?, no need to worry the chicken is back on Stephanie's uncle's farm", he asked us.
"Yes", I agreed taking James hand and dragging him with me off the bed.

"Wait West first I want to talk with Riley", Michelle interrupted coming into the room too.
"No way, get out Michelle!", James said, his overprotectivness coming back.
"It's okay, We can talk", I agreed to Michelle taking my hand from James's and gave him a reassuring smile.
I quickly walked out of the room with Michelle.

We walked together to the girl's bathroom, to talk in private.
"I'm sorry Riley, I didn't know that it would scare you so much, I just wanted to pull a little prank on you", Michelle said closing the door behind us.
"I know, but I can't forgive you, because this was just too much", I answered sighing.

"And what you did not?, you pulled several pranks on me and the girls and treated us terribly, and you can't forgive me?, that's just ridiculous", she told me.
"Yes", I answered opening the door and leaving Michelle alone in the room.
I decided to go downstairs to watch the movie.

A long chapter, it took me forever.
Has anyone of you a phobia too like Riley(just tell me if you feel comfortable with it).
