A Months Notice

Chapter Forty-Two

Jack and Katherine arrived in Oregon after a few hours ....

They got off the plane ... People yelled more things and they just kept walking .

"DO YOU LIKE HAMILTON ?"

"HAVE YOU READ MY NEW BOOK ? LOOKING FOR A MIND AT WORK ?!"

"SHOULDNT Newsies4ever WIN A PULITZER PRIZE FOR BESY WRITER ?!"

"ISNT KatherinePulitzumber A SUPER BOMB WRITER ?!"

"WHEN WILL jackrinefluff UPDATE?! "

"WHEN WILL YOU TRY FOR ANOTHER BABY ?!"

"HOW MUCH LONGER TILL YOU HAVE ANOTHER BABY ?"

"WHY DID THE BABY PASS ?"

"IS IT BECAUSE QUEEN IS SO YOUNG ?!"

"HAVE YOU STARTED TRYING AGAIN ?!"

"WILL YOU EVER HAVE CHILDREN?!"

Jack and Katherine kept on walking and finally reach their car . Then the car drove them to the hotel .

"Oregon sure is pretty isn't it ?" Jack asked as the pulled up to the hotel .

"Yeah it's very pretty " Katherine said . Jack held her hand and they checked in the hotel .

They got in their room and they unpacked ... It stayed quite ..."so , I have a press conference tomorrow morning ... Then an interview ... Come with me ? " Jack asked .

"I'm fine .... You go though " Katherine said and hung up one of her gowns ... It was the gown she wore the day she found out she was pregnant... She closed the closet and then grabbed jacks suit case and put away his tux jackets and suit jackets .

"You okay ?" Jack asked her rubbing his hand up and down her back .

"I'm hungry ..." Katherine said .

"Oh .... What do you want ? Some soup ? Some -"

"Whatever you want is fine " Katherine told Jack and closed the drawers .

Jack decided he was gonna make her smile again ... He ordered a pizza , got a movie ... Katherine was getting in her more relaxing clothing while Jack was in the bathroom .

Jack sighed and opened his contact case ... He took out his contacts and put his glasses on ... He had a tiny bit of stubble and decided to leave it .

Jack threw on an old t-shirt and pair of flannel pajamas pants . Katherine was sitting down at the table .

"Hey " Jack said and walked to her .

"Hi " Katherine smiled back weakly.

Jack took her hand and walked her to the couch . "Let's talk for a minute oaky ?"

"Okay ... What do you wanna talk about?" Katherine asked him .

"Katherine.... What's wrong ? Every since we got off the plane you've been all mopey ... What's wrong baby?" Jack asked

"Baby" Katherine sighed

"What ? What about .... Oh "

"I wanted a baby so bad ... I did everything I could to keep the baby safe and homey ... And the baby ... And the baby leaves me ! For no reason .... I did everything a mother was suppose to and nothing worked .... I ate healthy I didn't strain or do anything hard !"

"Katherine...someone up there didn't think we were ready .... That means we could always try again .... Maybe they wanted up to be together longer .... Or maybe wanted the baby to be made out of love " Jack said

Katherine began to cry into his shoulder . "I know .... I wanted this baby too ... And I feel horrible that I can't give you a baby " Jack told her holding her .

"You can't give me a baby ? Jack I can't carry your baby ! I'm a monster ! They should have picks someone else to marry you so you could have a baby !" Katherine cried harder .

"No .... I couldn't want or dream of being married to anyone but you .... Your an amazing young lady... Your so kind and sweet and smart and understanding and beautiful and such an amazing wife ... I couldn't have dreamed of anyone better .... I love you Katherine " Jack said and kissed her .

"Jack ?" Katherine asked .

"Yes ?"

"When we get back home ... I wanna see a doctor... And get checked out to see if it was something we could fix and then I want to start trying again" Katherine said

"I do too .... I'll be with you ever step of the way " Jack kissed her cheek .

"Your wearing your glasses "

"I knew you could like it "

"Yes ... So what are we doing ?" Katherine asked

"Well ... I've ordered pizza ... And we're gonna watch a movie "

"What movie ?" Katherine asked ... Jack opened the door and got the pizza and pulled a blanket out for Katherine .

"This one " Jack said and handed her the DVD case as he popped it in .

"Heathers ? You ? Jack Kelly really wanna watch an eighties movie ? A teen flick ?" Katherine asked as he handed her a slice of pizza on a plate .

"Yes .... " Jack started the movie .

"You wanna fuck with the Eagles you've gotta learn to fly " the movie said .... Jack and Katherine ate their pizza and once they finished eating Jack out his arm around her .

"Wait .... Who actually killed Heather Chandler ?" Jack asked .

"Well I guess JD.... He put the poison in the cup but Veronica kissed him and took the wrong cup ..... But JD saw that it wasn't the right cup and he didn't stop her " Katherine said as the movie kept going .

Jack stood up and grabbed a beer and popped it open . He sat back down and wrapped his arm around Katherine.

"What are you doing ?" Katherine laughed .

"Just watching the movie "

"I was talking about JD ! I mean he is literally planning more murders and lying to Veronica !!" Katherine said

"How ? What is he lying about ?" Jack asked

"Ich lüge means I lie in German ..."

"So he's gonna shoot them ... With I Lie bullets "

"Yes" Katherine said . Jack drank some of his beer .

"GIRL DONT GO IN THOSE WOODS !" Jack said .

Katherine smiled and cuddled into him closer .

Jack handed her his beer

"What is this for ?"

"Try it "

Katherine nodded and took a sip of his beer . "Okay ... Get that drink away from me "

"Okay " Jack laughed
