Baby Time

| 5 Months Later |

"Emma, love! Wake up!" I said as I moved some hair from her face. She rolled over, "10 more minutes!". I shook my head, "Liam called, he said they found out the gender!". Her eyes immediately opened and she sat up, "Really?!". I nodded, "Come on! They want us to meet them at Granny's!". She smiled and hopped out of bed.

We walked in and ran to the table where Liam and Elizabeth were sitting. They looked up and smiled at us. We sat down and looked at them excitedly. They grinned. We watched as Elizabeth placed a small box on the table. She slowly opened it and revealed a small cupcake with blue icing on top.

"A boy?" I asked looking up at them. Liam nodded and my smile grew. "This is amazing! I have a nephew!" I said laughing. We all got up and hugged.

| 4 Months later |

I heard my phone ringing and jumped up. Emma stirred and sat up. I answered the phone.

Killian: Hello?

Liam: Killian! It's time!

I looked at the alarm clock and rolled my eyes.

Killian: Yeah, time for you to go back to sleep! It's 6 in the morning!

Liam: No you lazy arse! Elizabeth is having the baby!

Killian: What?! Now?!

Liam: Yes now! Get here quick!

I hung up and turned to Emma, "Elizabeth's having the baby!". "Now?" She asked as I stood up. I didn't want to get into what I did with Liam on the phone so I just kept getting ready. Emma jumped up and got ready too. Once we were both dressed, we left and headed to the hospital.

We ran into the hospital and found James, Mary Margret and David sitting in the waiting room with another young boy. They turned and saw us. I looked over at Emma who had a sad look on her face.

James ran over, "Elizabeth is in the delivery room!". I smiled, "This is great!...well not for her". James nodded, "That's gotta hurt like hell...it's like squeezing a watermelon through a lemon". We all stared at him awkwardly.

"Why are they here?...your thief friend but why would you bring them?" Emma asked as she pointed at her parents. James shrugged, "How could I forget my twin brother?". Emma's eyes widened, "Your brothers?!". James nodded, "I thought most people got that because we look the same".

"That's would make you my-" Emma started. "Uncle? Yeah!" James replied, cutting Emma off. Emma stared at him awkwardly as she let the information sink in.

Suddenly we saw a doctor walk into the room with a clipboard. "Jones Family?" He asked and looked up. I nodded and stepped in front of him. "The mother and baby are fine, she gave birth to a health baby boy" he said smiling. I let out a sigh of relief, "Thank god!...when can we see them?". He looked at the clock, "It just a bit, I'll come let you know". I nodded, "Thank you". He turned and left.

I turned to Emma and smiled, "I'm an uncle!". She chuckled, walked over to me and wrapped her arms around my waist. I smiled and rested my head on top of hers.

Mary Margret stood up and walked to us, "Emma? Are you still angry with us?". I could tell by her voice she was nervous to ask. "No" Emma replied. Mary Margret smiled, "We love you Emma, and we promise not to keep a secret from you again". Emma smiled and Mary Margret returned to David.

A while went by but soon the doctor came back. He smiled, "You can see them now...but only three people at a time". I nodded, "Thank you". I turned to everyone.

After some discussion, we decided it would be best if Emma, James and I went in. We walked into the room and saw Elizabeth holding a baby boy. Liam was sitting on the side of the bed smiling at them. They heard us walk in and looked up. They smiled and waved us over. We hurried over quietly and looked at the baby. He was so tiny and cute.

Emma stepped closer, "Can I hold him?". Elizabeth nodded, "Of course". Elizabeth slowly placed the boy in Emma's arms. Emma held him close and smiled, "Hello there!". The baby made noises at her.

She smiled and looked up at them, "He's beautiful". Liam smiled, "He's all Elizabeth!". Elizabeth smacked him on the leg, "He's both of us".

I smiled and watched Emma with the baby. She'll make a great mom one day.

"What's his name?" I asked. They looked up and smiled. "His name is William, Will for short" Elizabeth said and her eyes got watery "Our son".

I smiled and looked back at Emma and Will. Emma looked up at me and smiled. I winked at her and she looked back down at Will.

Elizabeth was going to stay over night and we wanted to stay with her. James,  Mary Margret, David and Neal left and said they'd see us later.

Unfortunately, Emma and I had to sleep in the waiting room. They gave us a pillow and a blanket and told us we could stay over night. Liam and Elizabeth slept in the hospital room.

I sat down on a chair and laid across two chairs. I put the pillow behind my back and looked up at Emma. She gave a questioning look. I smirked, "Come lay down, we have to get some sleep". She rolled her eyes, "And sleeping on hard plastic chairs is going to help?". I shrugged, "You'll be sleeping on me, love...you won't feel a thing...except me". I smirked and she chuckled.

"Maybe we should ask for a couch or something" She suggested. I sighed and got up. We walked to the front desk and waited for the lady to come.

She spotted us and smiled, "Can I help you?". I nodded, "My brother just had a baby and we have to stay overnight, is there a more comfortable place for us to sleep?". She nodded, "Follow me". We followed her down a hallway to a small room. There was a lot of couches and chairs.

"This is the staff break room, but I can let you sleep here for tonight" she said smiling. I nodded, "Thank you, we appreciate it". She smiled and left the room. I looked around, there was two loves seats and three chairs. I hopped onto a couch and laid down. I looked up at Emma.

"We have two couches you know" she said laughing. I nodded, "I'm aware, but I'd much rather lay with you". She chuckled and laid on top of me.

I wrapped my arms around her and took in the amazing feeling of holding her. She rested her head in my neck and wrapped her arms around my waist. I chuckled and held her tighter, but not too tight. I could never explain how great it felt when I got to hold her and feel her breathing.

"You comfortable, love?" I asked. She chuckled, "Very".

I smirked, "Get some sleep, I love you Emma". I felt her hold on tighter, "I love you too". I smiled and slowly  fell asleep.
