The young hobbit, Frodo Baggins, was enjoying a lovely breakfast with his Uncle Bilbo one morning. Frodo took a small bite out of his toast with strawberry jam and grabbed his glass full of fresh goat's milk that was delivered that morning.

He hiccuped as he took a sip from his milk and apologized to Bilbo. "Sorry, Uncle. That was very impolite of me."

Bilbo chuckled. "That's quite alright lad."

Bilbo was very fond of his nephew. He loved him dearly and was almost like a son to him. It would have been a mistake if he hadn't of taken Frodo in to live with him at Bag End.
A horrible mistake. Watching Frodo grow up was like a privilege.

There was a certain childlike behavior in Frodo that Bilbo adored. It reminded Bilbo of how he used to be when he was a young hobbit lad.
As he watched Frodo take another sip of milk from his glass, he sighed and shook his head.

"What is wrong, Uncle? Are you alright?"

"Yes, Frodo, my boy. I am alright. It's...just that...."
Bilbo looked up and found his nephew staring at him with those big blue eyes.

"It's what?" Frodo asked him.

"It's nothing, Frodo. It's nothing."
