Katniss POV

"You totally like him!" I exclaim to Annie who is trying to tell me she doesn't like Finnick

"Maybe a tiny bit." She say using her fingers as an example

"Ah ha! I knew it all along, the way you both act around each other, it's obvious!"

"Do you think he likes me back?"

"Absolutely!"

"Well how about you and Peeta?" She says wiggling her eyes 

"We are just really good friends."

"Friends." She repeats

"Yes, nothing more nothing less." 

"Did you see yourself when he was at the hospital? That was true love!" She exclaims

"He's my best friend! Of course I'm going to be sad when he is in the hospital."

"You were crying in my arms."

I laugh

"I was a little upset okay."

"A little." She says laughing

"Shut up!"

"You do like him don't you?"

"Yes I do! Is it obvious? Because I don't know if he likes me back and I don't want to be all weird around him. What if he thinks I don't like him or something b-"

"Kat chill!"

"I'm just worried."

She sighs "About what? You never acted weird around him so what makes it different know?"

"Because now I'm for sure that I like him."

"Aww!! I ship it so bad!"

"Annie!!"

She just wiggles her eyebrows

Then her phone starts going off.

"It's Finnick."

"Ohh." I say grinning at her

"Shhh."

"Hello Finnick?"

"Yeah." She says smiling

She really loves him I don't know how I didn't notice until now.

"When?" She says curious

"Oh okay I'm coming! I'll see ya later!"

"Bye!"

"What was that about?" I ask her

"He wants to meet up somewhere and go to dinner."

"Aww I ship it so bad!" I say mimicking her early

"It's not like a date or anything we've done it before!"

"That's adorable!"

"Kat I'm gonna go but I'll text you later!"

"Okay bye Annie!"

(Next day)

The whole group is together. We are all together at Finnick's house just to hang out.
