Harry spins his spoon around in his oatmeal. Michael isn't here for breakfast and Louis is up and feeling better but also not here. Harry glances down at the bland food in front of him and quietly whispers a spell and watches as a pile of fruit lands on top of it. His mother has a spell for everything and honestly he's just practicing so he can get good for Michael.

He slowly starts to eat - the berries giving the food a nice touch - when he feels a presence next to him. He turns and smiles as Louis slips in and their sides bump together.

"You're here early," Louis notes and Harry just shrugs.

"Guess so. Uh, what times the dinner tonight?" Harry asks softly and Louis reaches over to grab his hand.

"Six. Are you nervous about it? Is that why you seem so glum?" Louis asks and Harry just shakes his head.

"No. I think I'm getting sick. I might just spend the day resting in my room so I'm not too bad for tonight," Harry comments. Louis looks upset as Harry stands but the boy seriously feels bad. He just doesn't know how to describe the bad feeling.

He gets to his room in a daze and flops down on his bed. He doesn't even take off his shoes. He feels empty almost, drained. His mind feels like it can't think and his stomach hallow. He just doesn't understand why.

He closes his eyes and his mind starts to work again. He feels like he's being pulled from his body. He tries to open them but he can't. Farther and farther his mind is being dragged until finally he stops.

And there sits his mother.

"Harry! What have you been doing?!" She says and it's her very upset mother voice.

"Hanging out?" Harry offers meekly. He assumes she's mad about how long this is taking him. It shouldn't have taken this long.

"Oh goodness, my poor child. You're in a magic coma right now. You can't use too much magic when you first start," she says now more gentle. She swims forward and it's then that Harry realizes he's back home and a wave of nostalgia hits him.

"How do I get out of it?" Harry asks. He lets his mother check him out and he can feel the cold in the cave now. Hates how the darkness eats everything.

"You'll just have to wake up. Stop using magic stupidly. I gave the book for emergencies! You're not a skilled witch and clearly can't handle the toll magic has on your body. How is everything up there?" She asks.

"Things are moving along slowly. I have a game plan and it'll be set up soon," Harry explains and she waves her hand.

"That's nice. You mentioned a boy last time," she smiles and Harry can feel his cheeks flush.

"Yeah. I love him... I love him a lot," Harry admits. He waits for her to get mad at him for getting distracted but she just nods.

"Love is a powerful thing. You have to go now, my darling, you're waking up," she notes and Harry can feel his heart beat quicken.

"I miss you! And I love you!" Harry calls as the world starts to fade and he can feel himself slowly being pulled back.

"And I, you."

Harry jumps awake with sweat covering his whole body and Louis' big, blue eyes watching him in panic. Harry looks at him and he feels a flash of anger.

"Why'd you wake me?" Harry snaps and Louis flinches at his harsh tone.

"You were breathing really hard and shaking. I got scared," Louis whimpers. Harry just sighs and wipes at his face.

"Sorry. Still feeling gross," Harry mumbles. Louis is still hovering at the end of his bed and Harry pats the spot next to him.

"Come here, Sparkles. I'm sorry for snapping at you," Harry says and Louis hesitates but then quickly flies over and  wraps his arms around Harry's neck.
