(EVELYN'S POV)

When my eyes fluttered opened, the first person I saw was my boyfriend's head of curls. A smile broke out on my face as I ruffled them, making him stir in his sleep. When I turned to the other side, I saw Emerala laying on the bed next to me.

I slowly got up, but when I moved, a sharp pain spread through my entire abdomen. A slight groan emitted from my lips, and accidentally woke Harry up.

"Baby, are you okay?" His raspy voice asked, as he helped me back down.

"I'm fine. Thanks."

He smiled and gave me a kiss on the forehead. "I'll get the doctor, wait here."

As soon as he left, another familiar figure walked in. He had auburn hair, blue eyes, and looked a lot like me.

My brother.

"Armando?" I choked out.

"Hey Eve... long time no see."

I gripped onto the sheets and tried to fight the tears.

"A-are you real?!"

He gave me a funny look and sat down next to me before taking my hand in his.

"Yes silly, I am."

I shakily touched his cheek and wiped away the tears that were pouring out.

"Oh my gosh... you are real!" I exclaimed, tearing up even more than ever.

His graceful laugh filled the room while giving me a gental kiss on the forehead. "Don't cry sis, you're gonna make me cry, and I've done enough of that over the past few year."  He paused and cupped my cheek. "Crying is for wimps, I don't, and neither is my baby sister.. so stop."

I nodded abruptly and wiped away all my tears before he embraced me again. I felt the sharp pain, but I didn't mind. I never thought I'd ever be in my brother's arms again, and I'd do anything to stay there.

 (ARMANDO'S POV)

"Armando! We've been walking for hours, can we please take a break?"

"Sure, why don't we sit down at the park?"I replied, looking around.

We both sat down next to each other, and waited silently, not knowing what to say to each other.

"Are we never going to see mommy and daddy again?

I smiled and ruffled my baby sister's hair. "No worry, they're not worth it. You and I can live together, and have a great future."

She frowned. "What do you mean?"

"We don't have parents anymore, but I promise, I will be the best big brother in the world! Okay?"

A small smile broke out on her lips as she nodded.

"You promise."

I grinned.

"I promise."

"So after that agreement, I made it my goal to keep you safe, and support you through everything."

"Then why did you make me believe you were dead?" She asked. "Why would you leave your tombstone out for the past 3 years?"

I parted my lips to reply, but the nurse came in and interrupted.

"I'm sorry for the inconvience, but I'm going to need your parents to sign you out of the hospital, and also, we need you to take a blood test and we just want to do a full body check is that okay?"
