" Alright, Jay, what do you think Luke would want for his birthday?" I ask Jay who was happily sitting in the shopping cart. I was off work today and I decided to bring Jason with me to the store to buy Luke some presents and Christmas presents for everyone. Liam was stuck at home with a customer and Luke and Kaylee were at school.

" Ya." Jason says. I push the shopping cart to the toy aisle.

" That doesn't help much cupcake." I say. Jason nods his head and smiles. I roll my eyes. I head towards the boy section for toys and went down the aisle.

" Anything that catches your eye for Luke, Jay?" I ask. Jason shakes his head. I let out a sigh.

" This is going to be harder than I thought." I mumble.

" Ya!" Jason says. I roll my eyes.

" You're not helping Jay." I say.

" Ya." Jason says. I look at some Legos that were on the shelf. I pick a box up and show Jason.

" Do you think Luke would like these?" I ask.

" No." Jason says.

" Now you're just being stubborn. I bet he'll like these." I say placing them in the shopping cart.

" No." Jason says. I roll my eyes.

" What else do you think he would like? How about some more stuffed animals?" I ask. Jason nods his head.

" Finally, you agree with me." I say. I walk to where stuffed animals are and picked some up. I look at Jason.

" Do you think this is enough for Luke?" I ask.

" No." Jason says.

" You want something, don't you Jay?" I ask.

" Ya!" Jason says. I place a kiss on his forehead.

" You're lucky I love you." I say. I walk down the toy aisle.

" Stop me when you see something you want cupcake." I say. Jason nods his head. We eventually went down every single toy aisle for boys. I stop before we went into the girls section.

" Jay, you didn't stop me for something. Do you still want something?" I say. Jason nods his head.

" But, cupcake, it looked you didn't want anything." I say.

" Mama!" Jason whines.

" Okay, okay. We can walk up and down the aisle again." I say about to start walking again.

" No mama." Jason says. I look at him weird.

" What do you mean?" I ask. Jason points to the toy section for girls.

" Those toys are mostly for girls, cupcake. I'm not really sure you would like those." I say.

" Mama." Jason whines. I let out a sigh.

" Alright. We can look, but you better find something you like." I say. Jason nods his head. I turn down the aisle and right away Jason stops me.

" Mama!" Jason says pointing to a Barbie doll box. I pick it up and show him the box.

" You sure you want this?" I ask. Jason nods his head and grabs the box out of my hands. I kiss the top of his head.

" As long as you're happy, that's all that matters to me." I say walking out of the toy section. I walk to the front of the store to check out. I walk to a cash register and wait in line. I eventually get to the front of the line. I put all of my items on the conveyor belt. I look at Jason.
