Things happen for a reason

Chapter 1: Hide & Seek

She, Puck, and Daphne were playing hide and seek in the forest.. It was Sabrina's turn to hide. Sabrina was known as the best hide-and-seek player ever, unfortunately, Puck had another prank up his sleeve. He and his "monkey-minions" were all around the forest, ready to humiliate her. When one Puck's monkey's found her,he called the other monkeys and they started pelting her with grenades of syrup, mud ,and something most people don't want to hear.

She could hear Puck laughing. She fell backward , went rolling down the hill, and crashed into a tree. She wasn't injured, but there was pain in her head. She hid in a cave to hide from Puck and waited until someone came to get her. When she thought over her plan to get her revenge on Puck, she couldn't take it any more. She heard something move in the cave, so she lit a match to see what it was, what she saw was an angry troll looking down at her. The troll was about 10 feet tall, very gruesome looking, and had murder in his eyes. Sabrina knew what she should do, run. She ran as fast as she could, when she thought he was gone, Puck popped out of nowhere.

"HEY YA UGLY!" Puck shouted.

Sabrina jumped. She was kind of relived to see him, but she remembered what his monkeys did to him.

"You idiot!." Sabrina cried. "While you were laughing about how your monkeys pelted me with stuff I don't want to know about, I was chased by a troll a mile away from here!"

"Well of course he was chasing you ,he must hate you like I do, I should hang out with Gerald more often."

"His name is Gerald? You know him?"

"Well no, but I've heard about him, he's a vegetarian."

"Then why did he look at me with murder in his eyes?"

"It's probably because your human, he feels more comfortable when he's around Everafters."

Daphne came running. " SabrinabSabrina! Sab- Sabrina....... what are you covered in?"

Sabrina fumed when she saw a particular bottle in Puck's hand. "SYRUP!?!?!?!"He nodded with delight.

Daphne went over to Sabrina, sniffed her, hesitated for a moment, "Yup, that's syrup alright!"

"See, Daphne can smell the difference between syrup and mud!" Puck said.

Sabrina sighed," This is gonna take a long time to get off, come on lets go home."
