They are complete opposites.
Worse comes to worst, what will happen if the two of them...
"You what?!" My co-worker Ashton exclaimed going out of the inventory room once I told him about what I did. "You said he's a snobby little ass, what makes you think he'll read that? Or even look at it? He must've thrown it out by now."
"Wow, dude, thank you for the support. Ugh! Now you're making me regret everything." I retorted whilst going through my phone, once again, stalking Calum.
I work at a record store nearby our house and Ashton and I, we're the only employees in here. It's not like there are many customers going in here.It is owned by Ashton's parents and since Ashton is saving up for college, he took over the record store for a while. "I just thought y'know? That maybe I'll have a chance, I'm not that ugly, he could like me too," fiddling with the hem of my uniform, I told Ashton.

"Yeah, you're actually quite pretty, that's one of the pros, let's talk about the cons. Uhh-you have bad grades, one of the bottoms to say the least, you don't have any talent, you can't cook, uhhh.....oh! and you have bad grades! You said so yourself, he's the top student in your class, he's a genius, his ideal date must actually be a study date. You hate studying!" Ashton's words seemed to slap my face like ten times. That is reality.
"Well, it's over and done with! I'm just hoping he would throw it out though." I sighed when the door dinged meaning there's a customer. "Good Afternoon! Welcome to Suburban Blues." I greeted the customer not even daring to look up to see who it is.
"Uhh do you have the Green Day's 21st Century Breakdown Vinyl?" My ears perked when I heard Green Day. Green Day is one of my favorite bands. I looked up to see who the customer is and my jaw dropped. I was shocked to say the least.
Calum Hood.

Yeah June, always keep your hopes up.
"You could get flies if you keep your mouth open." I got out of my trance once he said that. "I-uh yes, uhh-it is in the-in the back room. I'll just go get it." I quickly ran into the inventory room and called Ashton. "Ashton! It's him! Calum's here!" "What? Why did you leave the front desk? He could be some thief or something."
Ashton hurriedly gets down of the ladder and started walking outside. "Well, it's not like there is something to steal. Anyways, Ash, I need the 21st Century Breakdown Vinyl." I said and Ashton hesitated before saying, "I told you, you won't get it. Buy it."
"Excuse me? I'm kind of in a hurry, would you please be quick?" I hear Calum's voice from outside the inventory room and looked at Ashton signalling to get the Vinyl for me. He quickly obliged and I got out to the store again and smiled at Calum.
He didn't even fucking returned it.
"That'll be ******." (A/N I don't know how much a Vinyl cost, Sorry :() He gave a big amount of money and I put in the register. I gave his change and he quickly went out without even thanking me.
Rude.
Ashton soon came out of the inventory room with a smirk on his face. "I didn't really picture him as the type of guy with great taste in music. I thought he likes classical music and all."
I blushed at the thought that we have the same music taste but then again Ashton ruined the moment. "Don't assume anything June, he might just be buying that for a friend, or a girlfriend." He wiggled his eyebrows while emphasizing the word 'girlfriend' and laughed leaving me once again at the front desk.

"Maybe he hasn't read it? Y'know too busy hitting the books that he forgot about it?" Mikhaela said as we sat in the cafeteria once again pondering about the letter I slipped in Calum's locker.
I sighed. "He must have not seen it yet, or he could have thrown it." Just then again, Calum came into view and the cafeteria is once again filled with whispers of the girls crushing on him.
"You two will be a cute couple you know? I ship you guys so much! Maybe you'll change him and he'll be more friendly." Mikhaela everyone, once again getting my hopes up. "-Or he could fail his classes because I will be a bad influence." I replied and yet again started daydreaming what life would be if Calum and I will be together.
June and Calum? Calune? Jalum?
"Hey hey, there he goes, go and talk to him." Mikhaela nudged me. I shake my head saying, "No! I won't." The couple keeps on nudging me as if telling me to make a move on Calum. "June! June Lopez!" Michael started shouting and now I seem to be of interest with everybody.
"June Lopez! June Lopez!" Mikhaela followed and I quickly try to silence them by putting my hands over their mouth but it's no use, Michael being a guy, he's stronger than me, of course. "June Lo-"
"June Lopez?"
