June's POV
"Oh shit." Calum scrambled to his feet, grabbing the nearest shirt, which was his, and throwing them at me, covering me so that I couldn't be seen.
"Dude! Does it hurt to knock?" Calum faced his back to Ashton and looked at me concerned. I haven't put on the shirt because of shock.
Ashton just walked in on us making out, actually a lot more than that.
"Ashton? Have you seen her?" I heard Aunt Joy's footsteps and both mine and Calum's eyes widened. I quickly put the shirt on but was too late, Aunt Joy was already standing in the doorway. Ashton's still spaced out.
"What the hell is going on in here?" I slowly put the shirt down and looked at Calum who looked back at me with nervous eyes. "Uh-it's not what it looks like?"
Calum's statement came out as a question and Aunt Joy gave us a disappointed look.
I looked down in shame but then back up again when I heard Aunt Joy yell. "Oh my God! Are you two dating? Oh my God, this is great, June, I'm happy for you!" She walked to us and gave me a hug.
I gave her an unknowing smile and she glared at Calum. "This isn't, you know, what you kids call these days, friends with benefits, kind of thing?"
I shook my head but then realized Aunt Joy wasn't lookin at me so Calum answered, "Mom, no, June is really my girlfriend."
"Oh, thank God! I've been waiting for this day!" Aunt Joy exclaimed.
"But, mom, please don't ever tell dad and Uncle Frank. I'll be the one to tell them. Just please, mom?" Calum begged and I got confused. Aunt Joy already knows and she's happy for us, why can't he tell our dads?
"Fine. And also, although I'm happy for you too, which I really am, you are grounded." She pointed at Calum and he was about to protest when she spoke again, "You too, miss." She pointed at me and Calum whined, "Mom, you can't ground me, I don't live here anymore!"
"Well, I'm sorry, hun, you're still my son, and rules are rules, no sex under my roof." Aunt Joy walked out the door after that.
"But we didn't even-" Calum cut himself realizing it's no use since Aunt Joy's not in the room anymore.
He looked back to me and I curl my hair with my hands as he walked over to me.
"Dude! I'm still here, don't you dare." We heard Ashton spoke from the door. I forgot he was the one who walked in on us and is still here.
Calum settled on sitting beside me insted of in front of me and looked at Ashton.
"Why are you here?" Calum asked and Ashton answered, "I saw June walk out of the party and moments later she was gone. I last saw you with Eric so I thought you guys fought so I went here, not knowing you weren't fighting at all." He scrunched his nose up and Calum glared at him.
Little did Ashton know, we really did fight, and by the looks of it, Ashton has no idea about everything, except of Calum and I dating.
Ashton gave me the tell-me-everything-but-not-literally-everything look.
Aside from the couple, Ashton's one of my bestest friends and I sometimes feel guilty when I don't tell him enough, though he tells me a lot.
"Well, we weren't, you can go now and leave us alone." Calum demanded Ashton pushing him to the door and locking it.
"Stay protected!" Ashton yelled from the other side of the door and I heard his footsteps slowly walking away, not without hearing his giggle.
Calum walked back and dropped his body to the bed, face down.
I sat there slightly poking him when he startled me by pulling me with him.
We just laid there, cuddling. All the sexual tension gone. "Would you have, you know, be with me if Ashton hadn't walked in?" Calum curiously asked whilst caressing my hair.
"I don't know." I answered honestly and he spoke again, "You do know that I would never force you into something you don't want to do, right?"
I hummed, "It wasn't what you were showing earlier." I teased him and he chuckled knowing I was only kidding.
"But seriously, I mean, you're a virgin, right? You said it before."
I blushed when I remembered that moment in his room, then I frowned, he laughed at me that night. I slapped his chest and he looked at me confused.
"You laughed at me that night, do you know how embarassed I was?"
I pulled away from him and gripped my wrists. "Baby, let me explain."
I withdrew my hands from his grip and locked them around me. He smiled at me and I looked at him confused. "You look good in my shirt."
I blushed at his comment and I glared back at him, "Okay, okay, I laughed that night to diffuse the tension, okay? You turned me on so much that if I didn't laugh, I would've taken you right then and there."
He mumbled the last statement and I blushed even more. "When did you start liking me?" My eyes widened realizing that night was way before which means that he liked me for a long time now.
"I'm not telling you." His stubbornness came back as he stood up and started walking to the door. "When?"
I followed him as he walk to his old room. Aunt Joy never locked his room in hopes he'll still come back. He opened the drawers but nothing was there.
"I need my shirt back."
"I'm never giving this back to you." I fiddled with the hem of his shirt, rather, my shirt now and gave him a giddy smile.
"I don't have a shirt." He whined, "Well you would've thought of that before giving it to me."
I stuck my tongue out and he glared at me, "June." He warned.
"I'll give this back to you if you tell me when you started liking me."
"No."
"Then, no shirt."
He walked to me and hugged me from behind but then I realized he was doing it so he could take my shirt off.
I pushed him gently off of me when we saw Aunt Joy on top of the stairs, "Do you want to be double grounded?"
We pulled away from each other and Aunt Joy handed Calum a shirt. "Here, I thought you won't have any since you took everything from your room. It's your dad's."
Calum mumbled a quick thank you to his mom and she spoke again, "And by the way, June, I think he started liking you long before he got suspended."
"Mom, you have no proof of that."
"Then why else would you have defended her and beat the hell out of that Eric guy?" Aunt Joy challenged and I just stood there watching their little argument.
"He was an asshole."
"Language, Calum!"
"Sorry."
Aunt Joy started walking to the stairs when she turned back to me, "I saw him kissing you at the hospital while you were asleep." She winked at me and hurriedly went down the stairs.
"Mom!"
I smirked at Calum and he looked at me wide eyes, "You have no proof." He reasoned out and put his shirt on walking away from me and back to my room.
"I won't stop until you tell me when you started liking me." I told him giddily and he just groaned.
He was about to speak when we heard Aunt Joy yell from downstairs, "Lovebirds! Dinner's ready!"
