"How long have you been there?" I asked Cedric curiously. To be honest I felt really bad for him and Tabitha. I thought we had had a rough life, but I was completely wrong.
"About seven months, so not very long," he admitted.
"Holy cow! So were you created this big or did they enhance your size?"
"I think we were a bit smaller... but I can't remember really. My memory is fuzzy at times. Probably from the drugs and stuff."
"I can understand that. So just you and Tabitha?"
"Yea, I guess we're prototypes to see how well it works," he said hanging his head.
"We're in the same dilemma too. I think I would rather not have parents than ones that were willing to sacrifice us."
"Yea," he looked at me in fear, "we'll get that formula right?"
"Six against however many Desmonda he has, oh yea we can kick butt! Besides you and Tabitha are indestructible."
Nel came in with Tabitha, "she's feeling a lot better. What do you guys think?"
"She looks much better," Cedric agreed.
Tabitha smiled shyly, "I do feel stronger. Thanks to Jeremiah."
I hugged Nel tightly and kissed her forehead, "where's Marie and James?"
"Television."
"Okay tell them to be ready. We're leaving soon."
