Randhir stopped when he was tired enough not to
be able to run anymore. He went to their
apartment and went flat on the bed for an hour till
a hard push made him fall flat on the floor. He got
up to see the reason of the fall and say Sanyukta
all ready for college. ' You are late ' she smirked. '
What the hell ? Why did you do this ? ' he
glared. ' Because you were ignoring my calls from
the past 18 minutes and we are 30 minutes late
from our college schedule. Which leaves us 20
minutes from Vardhan sir's practical exams and it
takes exactly 24 mins 55 seconds to reach college
by car. And you are not even ready ' she glared. '
What ? ' Randhir checked his phone , ' Shit ' he
collected his towel and ran into the washroom. He
came out and screamed ' Get out ! I have to
change ' . ' As if I am dying to see you naked '
she huffed and went out of the room leaving a
shocked Randhir , at her choice of words. Randhir
slipped into his clothes as soon as possible and
ran out. He stopped to collect the car keys and
pulled Sanyukta , dragging her out. ' Lock the
house. I ll got the car ' he ran to the
parking . When Sanyukta reached downstairs
Randhir was ready with the car , she hopped in
and he raced the car through the dusty roads. The
speed was good enough to terrify Sanyukta but
she didn't show. Randhir dropped her at the
college gates and went to park the car, she
pushed to the lab and after a minute even Sandiir
was there. Thanks to Randhir's amazing speed,
they were perfectly on time as after Randhir's
entry Vardhan walked in. ' I am actually surprised
to see that all the students are on time. Even
Sanyukta. ' Vardhan said giving one of his
sarcastic smiles. ' So class your task for practical
exams is to increase the efficiency of Carnot's
engine in 5 hours ' he said walking to and fro the
class . ' But sir its practically impossible '
Sanyukta said. ' Oh really ! Some people have
more bookish knowledge I see. In that case you
people repair the engines and bring out the
standard efficiency which is 82%. Lets see you
people got some brain in those heads or not '
Vardhan smiled again and left the lab leaving the
students with the engines.
