Broken

I woke up in Luke's bed wearing only my bikini and shorts. I turned over to see Luke laying next to me.Fuck.

"Luke wake up" I said pushing him as he woke up

"Laura?" Luke said

"Yeah get up" I said

"You were pretty dam drunk I guess when you passed out" Luke said

"Why am I here?" I asked

"Because I wasn't going to take you home until you were sober but I guess I fell asleep" Luke said

"Oi would you two shut up the babies are trying to sleep" Jai said pointing to the virtual babies

"Laura why'd you get drunk?" Charlotte asked walking in the room

"Because it taken my mind off everything I'd caused at school" I replied

"Mum and dad found out about your outburst and you're in so much trouble" Charlotte said

"What's the time?" I asked

"11:30" Luke said

"Why're you here then Charlotte?" I asked

"Because I'm staying here to look after the baby with Jai" Charlotte replied

"Okay" I said

"Oh and I said to mum and dad we were both going to stay here tonight, just so you wouldn't have to deal with them until tomorrow" Charlotte said

"Okay, but I guess I should go home to serve my punishment" I said

"You need to start focusing again Laura" Jai said

"Which is why, I'm going to go home and think about everything and then start getting my life back to the way it was." I replied

"Okay" Jai said

"I'll give you a lift darling" Gina said as she walked in

"Okay thanks Gina" I said as I got down from Luke's bed and followed Gina to her car

"You are going down a bad path love" Gina said

"I need to change and I'm going to" I said to Gina as she drove

"That's my girl" she said

We sat in silence the rest of the way home the porch light came on as I got to the front door and walked in.

My parents somehow waiting for me

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING GETTING DRUNK LET ALONE DESTROYING YOUR FUTURE?!" Mum shouted at me.

I ran up the stairs going straight into my room locking my door.

I had nothing. I was empty inside, broken.
