Chapter 26

When we got home I made my way up to my bedroom where I laid on my bed and fell asleep almost instantly

I woke up to the feeling I was being watched which my suspicions were correct.

"Afternoon" Luke and Beau said in sync

"Hello?" I replied

"Us three need to have a chat" Beau said making me sit up

"Okay?" I questioned

"There's something about you taking weight loss pills something you wanna tell us Laura" Luke said causing me to start crying.

I pulled my duvet over my head so I could hide

"Laura" Beau said as both of them got in next to me

"It's nothing okay" I replied

"Well yeah it is because you're crying over it" Luke stated as he hugged me

"Laura why do you have to take these?" Beau questioned

"I used them until I lost weight which I don't need them anymore and how'd you find out I had them?" I asked

"Jai was in here yesterday looking for something for Char when he came across them" Luke replied

"So he was snooping?" I said

"No I wasn't I was trying to find something for Char just ask her yourself" Jai said standing in my doorway.

I couldn't really be angry at him since he sort of saved my life but then again he knocked my sister up.

"Okay sorry then" I replied

"It's okay how's your head anyways?" Jai asked

"Yeah really sore what did I hit my head on anyways?" I asked

"On our set of drawers at the end of the bed" Jai replied

"Okay that'll explain all the pain in my head and back" I replied not suspecting anything to be wrong.

"Call if you need anything Charlotte and me are going to the doctors" Jai said

"Alright" I replied as he left

"want to go and watch a movie" Luke asked

"yeah I guess" I replied

I woke up on the couch in Luke's arms holding my body. I looked up to see his beautiful, chocolate brown eyes looking down at mine as he watched my every moment

"Good morning beautiful" Luke said

"Morning Lukey" I replied as I gave him a peck on the lips

"What do you want to do today?" Luke asked

"Dunno don't care" I replied

"Good morning" Charlotte said as she came in the room

"Morning Char did you sleep okay?" I asked

"Eh on, off" Charlotte replied

"Alright" I said

"What are the pair of you doing today?" Charlotte asked

"Well I don't know maybe clean the house a bit before mum gets home tomorrow" I replied

"Shit I have to tell her" Charlotte said referring to the baby

"Everything will be fine Char, mum wants a grandchild" I stated

"Yeah from Adam not us just yet" Charlotte replied

"Don't worry Char" I said

"I'll try not to" Charlotte said as she got up and went back upstairs.
