A day of thinking

I woke up to the sun beaming in my eyes had I seriously just slept on the beach for the night?

I walked up to my car to see it was fine when I hopped in I checked my phone to see mum had tried calling. Gina probably rang mum to tell her I'd gone for the night

I decided I wasn't going to bother calling mum but call my brother Adam

"Adam" I said as he answered the phone

"What's wrong Laura?" Adam asked hearing the sadness in my voice

"I just want to come stay in Sydney with you for a bit" I replied

"Alright Darling come up whenever because mum and dad won't mind" Adam replied

"Thanks" I said

"And what's this about you running away for the night?" Adam asked

"I just don't have the energy to be at home dealing with everyone's problems" I replied

"Alright, book your flight today and make it this afternoon you can stay for a week" Adam said

"Thanks Adam" I replied before hanging up and starting the car engine

I drove home to a quiet house everyone must be asleep still perfect.

I walked up the stairs quietly and into my room where Luke was sound asleep.

I grabbed my laptop before making my way into my bathroom and booking my flight to Sydney

I came out of the bathroom to see Luke sitting up

"LAURA" Luke shouted in excitement to see me

"Be quiet" I replied sounding rude

"What were you doing in the bathroom with your laptop?" Luke asked

"Booking a flight to Sydney" I replied

"Why?" Luke asked

"I just don't want to be here I'm going to stay with Adam" I replied going to my wardrobe and getting my suite case out

"How long are you going for?" Luke asked

"A week" I replied before I began packing

"Did I hear you say Laura?" Gina asked coming in my bedroom

"Yeah" I said standing in the middle of my room

"Where'd you go last night darling?" Gina asked

"It doesn't matter does it?" I replied

"Well it does you're my responsibility while your parents aren't here" Gina replied

"Well as of this afternoon you only have to look after Charlotte because I'm going to Sydney to stay with Adam" I stated

"Does Adam know this?" Gina asked seeming a bit upset with me

"Yeah he does call him and ask yourself" I replied before shoving clothes into my suite case

"Alright then" Gina replied before walking out of the room

"Luke are you going to just sit there?" I asked sounding crabby

"Why do you need some help royal heinous?" Luke asked sounding rude

"Fine just go" I replied as I continued packing

Once I was finished I bought my suite case downstairs with my boarding pass and ticket

I then went back upstairs to change into a dress and put makeup on.
