Reese had asked me to take her to the park so she could meet up with some friends. I said yes, of course. I want her to have friends, to live a normal teenage life. I stopped by the entrance, parking the car.
"Be safe?" I inquired. "And call if you need anything?"
"Of course," she gave me a gentle smile. "I'll be fine, Y/N, okay? I love you."
"I love you too," I said. "Have fun, kiddo."
Reese smiled at me before getting out, shutting the door. I watched her walk over to a group of people her age, smiling at them. I then drove off, figuring she was safe.
I then got an idea, taking a left instead of a right. I parked by the sidewalk, getting out of the car. I walked up, knocking on the door.
It swung open seconds later, revealing Camila.
"Y/N!" she seemed shocked, but then smiled. "What's up?"
"Just wanted to hangout," I shrugged with a smile. "If that's okay."
"Of course," she stepped aside. "Come in. My mom is at work and Sofia is at daycare."
"On the weekends?" I asked
"I don't feel like watching over her," Camila laughed. "So yeah, daycare."
Camila was dressed in a sweatshirt and leggings, which looked cute on her. Her hair was tied up in a messy bun, and I smiled some more.
"Wanna watch a movie?" Camila offered as we sat down in her living room. We sat next to each other on the couch.
"Yeah," I nodded. "Sure. What movie?"
"I haven't seen the Fifth Wave yet," Camila
mentioned. "We can watch that, yeah?"
"Sure," I nodded, and Camila smiled, pressing on the Fifth Wave and playing it.

Most of the movie, Y/N spent her time looking at Camila. She had already watched this movie with Reese. Camila didn't seem to notice, or if she did, she didn't mention Y/N's staring.
"About our date," Y/N began once they were seated in Camila's room. "Tomorrow, we're going on a breakfast date."
Camila's eyes lit up, "Really? I haven't been on one of those in along time!" she was now excited for tomorrow.
"Yeah," Y/N nodded. "iHop. I'll pick you up around nine? And maybe after that we can walk around the park?"
"That sounds good," Camila nodded, grinning. "Damnit, now you got me excited for tomorrow."
Y/N laughed, "Sorry. But I'm excited too. It's my first date, like ever."
"Seriously?" Camila's eyes slightly widened. "I mean - how? You're like - gorgeous," Camila gawked. "So does that mean you're a.."
"A virgin?" Y/N inquired, and Camila nodded. "I'm not a virgin," Y/N laughed a bit. "I just never been on a date. Are you a virgin, Camz?"
"Camz?" Camila smiled a bit, causing Y/N to blush at the sudden nickname. "And no, I'm not."
Y/N nodded, "Y-Yeah. That's an okay nickname, right?"
"It's cute," she smiled at me. "I like it."
Y/N was about to respond, but she got a text message. She apologized to Camila, taking her phone out.
Reese: can you come pick me up?
Y/N: yeah. are you okay?
Reese: just come pick me up.
"Uh-oh," Y/N muttered. "I gotta go pick Reese up. I think something is wrong."
"Oh," Camila frowned. "Okay. Well I'll see you tomorrow?"
"Yeah," Y/N stood up. "Nine, okay?"
"Okay," Camila grinned. "And I hope Reese is okay."
"Me too," Y/N muttered.

I got out of the car, jogging over to Reese. She leaned against the entrance of the park, arms crossed as she glared at the ground.
"What's wrong? Are you okay?" I hurriedly asked.
"I fucking hate boys," she grumbled. "God. I thought he actually liked me, Y/N."
"Who? And what happened?" I inquired, eyebrows furrowed.
"Liam! He only invited me to hangout with them to make fun of me," she wiped a tear away. "They said I was stupid and ugly."
"Where is he?" I asked through gritted teeth. I was beyond piss now.
"Over there," she mumbled, pointing to the group of kids. "Liam is the one in the blue polo shirt."
I nodded, storming over there. I tapped on his shoulder, causing him to turn around. Immediately, his eyes raked over my body, and he wolf-whistled.
I rolled my eyes, punching him in the jaw.
"What the fuck!?" he screamed, stumbling back and holding his jaw.
"That's what you get for making fun of my little sister," I practically growled. "If I ever see you talking to her again, or even make fun of her, I will beat the shit out of you. Got it?"
Liam nodded, "Okay! You crazy bitch, Jesus!"
I rolled my eyes again and turned on my heel, walking back over to Reese, who was smiling at me.
"Thank you, Y/N," she laughed a bit. "He deserved that."
"I know," I chuckled, getting into the car. "So, what do you wanna do?"
"Icecream?" she asked, and I nodded, driving away.

Camila was looking at her phone as Dinah chatted away on FaceTime.
"I'm going on a date tomorrow," Camila interrupted. "With Y/N."
"Okay - first off, rude for cutting me off," Dinah began. "And second off, what the hell! When did this happen?"
"Last night at the party," Camila smiled at the memory. "We kissed, once or twice. And she asked me, I said yes."
"Shit! Where y'all going?" Dinah asked, picking at her nails.
"iHop at nine, then a walk around the park," Camila said. "She's never been on a date before. But she's not a virgin."
"Maybe she was a fuckgirl at her old school," Dinah shrugged.
"Maybe, but maybe she also has changed," Camila murmured. "I don't know. I'm just excited for tomorrow."
"What're you gonna wear?" Dinah inquired, raising an eyebrow.
"Probably a black sweater, dark blue jeans and vans," Camila ran a hand through her hair.
"Sounds good to me," Dinah grinned. "Will you be able to do your own makeup? Because I'm not getting up at like, seven."
"Dinah," Camila laughed. "I'm pretty sure I can do my own makeup."
"Was just making sure,"
