"Sir (L/N) you have a visitor."
The company owner looked up from his game of solitaire. (E/c) eyes meeting those of his butler Samuel. Samuel was a good butler, quiet, never really speaking unless spoken to. Tall and graceful, with brown hair and the trending red eyes of most butlers in London these days. (M/N) sighed and waved his hand dismissively.
"Let them in." He mumbled. Samuel bowed and left his Lord in his office. (M/N) knew if Samuel didn't specify who it was visiting him at his small manor in the hills; it was most likely a friend of his.
Or at least someone he didn't loath.
(M/N) was a relatively quiet person himself. The butler and him shared that, allowing them to get along well. Beside other facts that connected the two in a dance of fate, (M/N)'s still going heartbeat being the music.
The Lord of (L/N) Mannor was a very respectable young man. With (h/c) locks styled in a uniquely average style for the time, (e/c) eyes that held more emotion than he showed. Flashing when he took interest in a case from The Queen. Darkening when someone said the wrong thing. The storm in his mind brewing with memories of his past influencing his demeanor. He had to be careful with what he did. His job was easy to loose, and his company had to have a respectable image in order to keep the business alive, along with himself. (M/N) was one young man to be reckoned with. One that many young women of London found to be very intriguing like a certain Queens Guard Dog he knew.
(M/N) smiled at the thought of the navy haired boy he'd accompanied on certain cases. The two understood eachother very well, and- as true or untrue this is, depending on who asks- (M/N) had fallen for the younger boy. The two often spoke on important matters together. Sharing the plans and details of future projects, trusting the other would keep it between them.
They trusted eachother, a huge feat for the two.
What (M/N) didn't know was that Ciel came to discuss a very important matter. One that he'd be interested in.
"Right this way Master Phantomhive."
(M/N) smiled as Samuels voice rang his loves name. He turned to the door watching as Samuel opened it for the young lord. Ciel walked in Sebastian stayed at the door, as Samuel closed it behind the lord.
"Well hello Ciel. What brings you to my home?" (M/N) asked, whilst packing his playing cards away. Ciel wandered in and promptly sat across from the other teen.
"I have a proposition for you (M/N)," he stated. Not looking up from his hands.
"And what would that be?" (M/N) asked. Ciel took a steadying breath and looked up at the other male.
"Due to the tragic event of last night, I seek new companionship. My Lady Elizabeth has passed, and I fancy you, and I have every reason to believe you can't me as well," Ciel said, his face gone scarlet. (M/N) stared at the younger lord in disbelief.
"Wh-what sort of companionship?" (M/N) asked. Ciel was growing nervous but did not show it.
"The same sort Elizabeth and I had," Ciel stated. (M/N) thought a moment. Taking in the possibility of his deal affecting the younger. But could not pass up the offer.
"I accept," he stated. Ciel gave a rare smile.
"Marvelous, should you drop by the mannor today you will find a warm welcome. Thank you," the young lord stood from his place and exited. The room was quiet and (M/N) smiled.
Samuel entered and looked to his master.
"What did the young lord want sir?" The butler asked.
"Cancel my dinner Samuel, we're going to the Phantomhive's tonight," (M/N) smiled. The butler nodded and soon left the room. (M/N) smiled to himself and began another game of cards. He now had a Queen to his King.
