"...I actually think fanpages are cool", I giggled. He smiled and looked up at me. He then said, "You know this is why I-". We heard a noise in the bushes. "We should go-". I cut him off by asking, "why? It was probably just an anim-". "No, Julissa. We have to GO", He told me as he jumped off the roof.
He looked up at me and yelled, "What are you waiting for? Jump!". "I can't!", I yelled back. If only he knew that I was afraid of heights. "Don't look down. Close your eyes and jump!", He yelled out as he put his arms open. I closed my eyes and jumped with my arms wide opened and he caught me but he ended up falling on his back. We both laughed until we heard another noise from the bush.
We quickly sat up and a raccoon came out of the bushes. I knew it! I pinched his ear and said, "See! I told you it was an animal". I laughed so he gave me a straight resting bitch face which caused him to laugh too. He gave me a piggyback ride as he walked back to his car.
"Why were you scared to jump off of the house?", He asked me as he drove off. "I'm afraid of heights", I whispered as I put on the seat belt. He smiled at me and responded by saying, "That's good to know for future reference". "Wait, what do you mean?", I laughed. He didn't reply back to my question but gave me a wink.
I was thinking about what he had said the whole car ride. I ended up telling him which house I lived in and he took me there around ten minutes later. I took out my keys to the house and walked in. I closed the door behind me and saw that my mom was sitting on the couch watching t.v .
"Was the party fun?", she asked as I walked into the kitchen to get something to eat. "I made some new friends", I responded as I took out an apple from the fridge. "Good for you!", she told me as I bit into the apple. "I'm gonna be in my room, love you", I told her as I walked downstairs into my room. I took out my phone and saw 3 messages from a blocked no caller id.
I swiped the screen and read,

Anon: Aw baby girl he's only using you.
Anon: He doesn't love you.
Anon: You can't possibly think that Mario likes you.
J: What are you talking about? He's my best friend.
Anon: Not for long 👋🏼💋
That was really weird. I ignored the fact that it even happened and went to sleep.
At around four or five in the morning I ended up throwing up in the bathroom and having a really bad fever so my mom said I didn't have to go to school.
