MIKA turned to me and squeezed my hand tightly.
"MIKA and I are engaged" I beamed, not looking away from MIKA while I spoke. He was the only one o was concerned about, not the fans on the live stream nor any of our friends in the room with us. Just him.
He nodded proudly at me first, then to everyone else.
A chorus of cheers sounded from our friends in front of us as Luna and Paloma jumped up and embraced the two of us tightly.
"Congratulations cousin!" Luna whispered to me while Paloma spoke to MIKA.
Kirsty made the decision to read the comments on the live stream and we all listened and laughed at what people had said as we composed the tweets and sent them out. We showed everyone the watch and explained why we had that rather than a ring.
"Ross made a perfect decision and I love it. I agree that engagement rings s
don't fit us as a couple. We will have wedding rings but the watch is best for now." MIKA told the fans more than any of us but we listened anyway. He whispered but I could hear him say "don't worry, I'll get him something too"
"Can't wait!" I shouted at him as I left to the kitchen to get some more food for the food table we had in the living room.
"Hey baby" he whispered into my ear as his arms wrapped around me from behind as I reached out for the plate.
"Oh hi." I giggled seeing as he had made me jump.
"Thanks for the watch. I can't tell you how's he I love it. I'll just say I love it just a little less then you."
"And how much is that?" I turned in his arms to be only centimetres away from his face.
He leant in and kissed me, putting his hands round my neck and pulling me into him. I felt him fiddle with my hair as I gripped onto him round his waist.
"That much" he whispered before kissing me again.
I can't wait to be married to this man and to have our children with us. I imagined what it will be like when we're married and have a family. That's what ran through my head while we kissed. As well as images of him being adorable but that's usual.
I pulled away quickly and looked to he door to see Fortune turn quickly and push the door but before he could leave, MIKA spoke to him. "Fort! Get back here right now!"
I couldn't help but laugh at the exaggerated pout that he had on his face as he turned in our direction but looked at the ground.
"Seriously Fort! We're just hugging now so you can look at us." MIKA smirked.
Fortune looked up slowly and extremely awkwardly. As soon as he looked at us, MIKA kissed me again and I couldn't help but just laugh. I quickly pulled away and watched Fortune as he speedily left the room.
"He's going to have to get used to us kissing because I'm not stopping any time soon." MIKA winked
"Me either. I'll never stop!" I kissed him quickly before laughing evilly and finally taking the food out.
"Guys 2 minutes so hurry up" Kirsty informed us causing MIKA and I to run over to the TV and watch as the countdown begun.
My mind drifted to what the new year would bring. Surgery, more changes from hormones, marriage, kids, tour, music, more amazing moments with MIKA and a whole lot more. What a year this will be!

I snapped out of my thoughts and grabbed MIKA's hand for the countdown

I kissed him and hugged him before shaking everyone's hands and pretending to shake the hand of the phone for the live stream.

Was all that was heard until everyone got the party poppers and then all we could hear was

We celebrated for a while but soon all tired and ready for bed do Luna went to her room, Curtis, Max and Sasha went to a hotel with Kirsty while Paloma and Fortune had a spare rooms and a couch between them.
"Happy new year baby. I love you" MIKA whispered once we were in bed and ready to sleep.
"You too" was all I could mumble as I felt him pull me closer but my eyes closed and I was asleep in seconds.
