Lilianna groaned as she opened her eyes, only forty-eight hours have passed since she was thrown into the cell. Even so, she felt as if she was in the dungeon for days already. The second Darien and the gamma threw her in, the guards attacked her. They tied her to a chair in a room and demanded answers, they even told her how Seth's parents died. However, she couldn't remember, she tried, but she couldn't. Instead of understanding this, it only angered them more. Now, she was laying in the cell with a badly bruise wrist, an aching leg, and a busted lip.

She immediately scurried to the corner of the cell as footsteps sounded, trying to blend in with the darkness. The two guards walked over to her cell and unlocked it, her heart pounded against her chest as the one walked in.

"Are you going to corroborate today?" he asked.

She swallowed, "I-I've been trying to."

He rolled his eyes and grabbed her by her hair, she closed her eyes as he dragged her to the room. Once she was tied up again, the two men took their seats and sighed. She closed her eyes as flashbacks of the hunters swam through her mind. She remembered the needles, the knives, everything. She knew she would never forget the feeling of them poking her with sharp objects and cutting open her arms, trying to figure out how she healed so quickly. When she opened her eyes again, the two men were staring at her, as if that would help her remember.

She sighed, "I still don't remember."

"Well, maybe this will help." the tallest one grinned, holding up an old, brown notebook.

She furrowed her eyebrows, the man slide it to her before smirking. "Read it." he ordered.

She raised an eyebrow, "How am I supposed to do that?"

"Use your eyes, dumbass."

"I can't open the notebook, fucking twat." she spat.

The man beside him sighed, "You're a fucking idiot, Trev."

"Shut up, Ivan." Trev snapped.

Ivan shook his head before opening the notebook to the first page, Lilianna frowned as she read the date.

2-15-06

She read the small passage before frowning, "How will this help me remember?"

"You wrote it." Trev replied.

She quietly read through the next two, she winced as her head started to pound. Suddenly, flashes of being thrown down the steps and being kicked in the ribs, swam through her mind. She gasped as the pain laced around her head, causing her to whimper.

"You remember something, don't you?" Ivan questioned.

Tears pooled into her eyes from the pain, "I-I remember being thrown down the stairs...and being kicked in the ribs...by that woman."

"What woman?"

"The one who claimed to be my mother." she whispered tiredly.

Ivan frowned, his eyes lit up as he grinned at his partner. "I have an idea."

Trev raised an eyebrow, "Which is?"

"Tell Alpha Seth to show her things from her past. Clearly, beating the shit out of her didn't work." he explained.

The other nodded as he glanced at the tired Lilianna, "Sounds like a plan, but the other guards will have to know."

"Seth won't tell them to stop what they're doing, unfortunately, she will still be...beaten. I mean, punishment for killing the alphas is death." Ivan mumbled.

Lilianna sighed, "I would actually love death right now. He should pay me a nice visit."

Both men looked at her before looking away, she was dragged back to her cell. Once they were gone, she closed her eyes and melted into the awaiting darkness.
