Lilianna (NEW VERSION)

Chapter 22

They were almost to the car when Lilianna saw his eyes close, Steven and her quickly caught him before he could hit the ground. Panic coursed through her, but she did her best to remain calm. Lilianna quickly sat down in the back seat before they laid Seth down, she ran her fingers through his hair as Ryan hopped in. The door closed as the two alphas guided the rest of the pack to cars. As their driver started driving out of the territory, the two girls got to work on saving Seth.

Halfway to Steven's territory, they started to notice his pulse getting weaker. Worry seized both girls, making them work faster. Ryan applied more pressure to the wound while Lilianna kept count of his pulse. Their driver noticed the commotion and stepped on the gas pedal, getting to the pack's hospital in less than ten minutes. As soon as they opened the car door, Seth was on a gurney and being wheeled in for surgery. The two girls followed closely, but a few nurses stopped them from going into the ER. 

"Girls, come on, they need to make sure you're not injured." Chloe said, giving them a sad smile.

Lilianna tried following again, but they eventually decided to call security. She screamed and tried fighting off the large warriors, but they easily pinned her down. It took six of them though, they were stunned by how strong she was. Chloe tried getting into Lilianna's room as the young she-wolf continued to cry and fight. She flashed one of the nurses a glare when they tried shoving her out of the room. 

"I'm the Luna and I know how to calm her down." she snapped before storming in.

She made her way to the bed and started running her fingers through Lilianna's hair and whispering soothing words to her. It only took them thirty minutes to check her for injuries, she only had a small burn, to her relief. Once they left her alone, she hugged her knees to her chest.

"He's going to be okay, he's a fighter." Chloe soothed.

Lilianna swallowed, "He told me he loves me." 

"He did?"

"Yes...but I didn't get the chance to tell him that I love him too." she whispered as tears pooled into her eyes.

Chloe frowned before pulling the young girl into a hug, "He knows you love him, just by staying by his side and refusing to give up on him, showed him how much you loved him."

"I know, but...I wanted to say the words." she whimpered.

"Can I come in?" Ryan sounded, opening the door a bit.

"Yeah." Lilianna mumbled.

Ryan stepped into the room and made her way over to the bed, she then climbed in to sit beside her friend. She hugged Lilianna as well, telling her that Seth was going to make it.
