Lilianna burst through the front door of the house and froze, everything around her was blocked out as she stared at the mess. A sudden sharp pain sliced through her head, causing her to shift back and scream. She could feel someone shaking her, but it was like she was stuck in a movie. Flashbacks of everything flew through her vision, she could see her step-mother beating her, she could see her and Seth hanging out, she could see and remember everything. Someone started screaming louder, but she didn't know who it was. She curled up in a ball as the pain became worse, someone stronger was now shaking her, begging her to open her eyes.

Then it all just stopped, she relaxed before bursting into tears. "I-I didn't do it..." she sobbed.

"Lil...."

She opened her eyes to see Ryan, Seth, and a few warriors. "I didn't kill your parents...I-I didn't know...." she cried softly. "My step-mother did..."

Seth swallowed, "Lilianna, I'm-

"Don't come near me." she spat as he took a step forward.

"I'm sorry, I-

"You're no better than her!" she screamed. "I was your closest friend, but you chose to blame me. Talk about backstabbing assholes."

Seth clenched his jaw, "Lil, please, just let me explain."

"No! You turned on me, your best friend! You immediately blamed me, did you honestly think a ten year old could write that good? Did you honestly think I was that sadistic? I'm not you, Seth, I'm not fucked up in the head." she snarled, shoving him away from her. "Stay away from me, there is absolutely no chance of us ever being close again. I hate you."

Before anyone could say anything, she shifted and ran out of the house. It was silent for a few seconds until Ryan walked up to Seth and slapped him across the face. He looked back at her to see nothing but pure hatred in her eyes.

"You're an idiot." she spat.

He stayed completely still as she left, slamming the front door behind her. Darien sighed beside him, "You're losing everyone you care about and it's all your fault." Darien smirked before leaving as well.

Once they were all gone, he hung his head and cried. It only took a few seconds before he collapsed onto the ground and sobbed. He didn't stop until day turned to night, but even though he was done crying, he continued laying on the floor. As the night went on, it started to become colder, but he didn't care. He eventually closed his eyes, welcoming the darkness that always took away the pain.

"I can't believe you did this."

Seth opened his eyes to find himself in his old room, he furrowed his eyebrows and looked around.

"Seth."

He spun around to see his parents sitting on his old bed, disappointment was sketched onto their faces. He was paralyzed with shock, but he quickly snapped out of it. He immediately smiled and ran up to them, but they shoved him away.

"Mom...dad?" he whimpered.

"Don't call us mom or dad, we no longer consider you our son." his father snarled.

Seth took a step back, "I-I..."

"You're evil, Seth. Your brother deserved to have this life, not you. The one girl you truly loved, you broke. You ruined your relationship with her and now, you can live with the aftermath." his mother growled.

He shook his head, "I'm sorry! I thought she-

"You're a mistake! Don't you get it?" his mother suddenly yelled. "You killed us Seth, no one else."

"No, please, don't say that. I-I tried to save you..." he whispered.

"You're a sorry excuse of an alpha." his father spat.

"Dad...please....mom..."

Suddenly, his room erupted into flames, including his parents. He screamed and cried, his room seemed to grow longer as he ran towards his bed.

"MOM! DAD!" he cried. "Please, come back! I'm sorry!"

"You're a mistake, Seth."

"PLEASE!"

Seth shot up, gasping for air and looking around the house. It was dark and quiet, he climbed to his feet, trying to remember where he was. He furrowed his eyebrows in concentration, finally, it all hit him like a brick wall. He frowned, he hesitated for a few seconds, but eventually walked out the door. He walked back to the packhouse as slow as possible, he was tempted to just leave, but he knew his father wouldn't want him to abandon his pack.

"You're a mistake, Seth."

He ran his hand through his hair, he knew his parents have always been upset about his older brother never being born, but was he truly a mistake? He certainly didn't feel like one when his parents took him fishing or camping or on vacation. He bit his lip, but when they were home, he was ignored most of the time.

"I was just a replacement..." he thought bitterly.

He sighed as he walked into the packhouse, not bothering to greet the few packmembers that were still up. They threw more insults at him, telling him they heard what had happened, that he deserved it all. He wanted to tell them to shut up, that he knew he deserved it. However, he continued walking to his room, refusing to acknowledge any of them.

"We want a new alpha!" one finally screamed.

He stopped mid-step, "And you'll have one." he replied.

"Darien....you're the new alpha, I'm stepping down." he mind-linked his beta.

"Whoa...what happened?" Darien replied.

"I'm...a mistake."

A/N: Prepare for a lot of drama and hurt/comfort. I hope this isn't seeming too rushed, my plan was to have her finally remember everything by chapter 10 or 11. Cause...this is going to be longer than the old version and if I waited until chapter 20 to have her remember everything...it would have gotten boring.
