Cal has a certain look in his eyes.then Stacy grabs at her head. He's just supposed to read her mind. What is he thinking? Blood comes out of her ear. I've gotta stop this. We may need her in the future.  I can't let him kill Stacy.

I press the button on the intercom thing.

"Cal, stop," I say.

He turns and looks at the mirror. His eyes seem full of surprise. Stacy falls to the ground. I run into the room.

"What did you do?" I demand.

"I don't know!" Cal says. "I was just reading her mind!"

I look down at Stacy. Blood is coming out of both ears and her nose now. She smirks.

"You're too late," she says. "They're coming..."

Her gaze shifts to nothingness. I look at Cal.

"That's not good," I say, running out of the room. Right as I'm about to yell out a warning, an explosion comes.

"We're being attacked!" I yell.

I run towards where the explosion came from to see a big gaping hole with soldiers filing in. Crap. I shoot out lightning at the soldiers coming in. I see some of them falling to the ground holding their heads. Cal. I look around myself and see soldiers of the MI running forward.

And then arrows are being shot. I'm suddenly knocked to the ground. I jump up and kick the soldier in the chest. I shoot lightning at them but they dodge. They take out a long sword and swing it at me. It suddenly stops. They then fall to the ground, dead. I look around. I see Cal staring at the soldier. It must've been him.

I shoot out another lightning bolt, and then another. After awhile of fighting, the soldiers cease coming. The ones that are left die after trying to fight us more.

"Get the injured to the med center," Trauno orders. "Take care of the bodies."

That's a strange thing to come out of anyone's mouth. I help the injured to the med center and into rooms. On my way back towards the rest of the injured, I glance into Tristan's room and stop in my tracks. He isn't there. I rush towards the rest of the people and look around frantically for him.

I let out a breath when I find him leaning against a wall breathing hard. I walk over to him.

"I'm fine," he says.

"You're crazy," I say.

"I know I am, but I needed to fight."

I sigh.

"Ugh," I say.

"I'm perfectly fine," Tristan assures. "Don't worry about me."

"I'm gonna worry about you no matter what," I reply. "You were just attacked and almost killed."

"Isn't the first time I've almost died."

"Either way," I sigh. "I'm a worrier."

Tristan raises an eyebrow at me.

"I'm fine," he repeats. "And Cal is glaring at me murderously. It's kinda uncomfortable."

I look around and see Cal. He's standing farther away glaring at Tristan. Cal glances at me and switches his gaze when he sees me looking at him. I narrow my eyes. I look away from Cal to the floor.

"You okay?" Tristan asks.

"Fine," I reply.

He's silent for a moment.

"I did something, didn't I?" he asks.

"What? No," I say, looking up at him. "I said that I'm fine."

"I did something," he repeats. "Ugh."

"Tristan, you didn't do anything!" I tell him.

"Why are you sad?"

I'm quiet a moment.

"This is no time for talking," I change the subject. "If you aren't gonna go back into the med center, then help move the bodies or something."

"What do we do with them?" Tristan asks.

"I dunno," I say. "Burn them."

"Oh," he says. "That's an unpleasant thought..."

"Not really," I shrug. "I mean, we just throw all the bodies into one big pile, then-"

"Don't put that image into my head!"

I roll my eyes at him. I glance over to where Cal was to find him not there. I look back to Tristan. He's not there. I furrow my eyebrows and look around. Everyone is gone. Everything is gone. I'm standing in the middle of the factory. But it's empty. I rush forward and look for any sign of life.

What in the name of Tartares?

Suddenly I see a figure. I slowly approach him then realize who it is. I've never personally met him, but I would know that face anywhere. Anywhere.

"Hello," he says. "You know who I am?"

"Apollo," I breathe.

He walks towards me. He has sandy brown hair and gray eyes. He's wearing a smirk on his lips and a black shirt. He stops when he's a couple feet away from me and scans over my face.

"W-why... Why are you here?" I stutter.

"Ah, yes," Apollo says. "Zeus sent me."

"Why?" I question.

"He wanted to tell you something but he got a little... busy, if that's what you call it."

"What did he wanna tell me?" I ask.

"He wanted me to tell you that..." an evil grin appears on Apollo's face.

It doesn't appear humanlike. Not even godlike. My eyes widen as his face changes into a whole different person. One with asphalt colored hair and pale, pale skin. His face looks really, really thin as he parts his mouth into a smile with sharp teeth.

"Nothing," he hisses. "I haven't seen my brother in a hundred years."

Suddenly, he lashes out and then darkness fills my gaze.
