The Triforce ---->
Chapter 11 - The Vision
At the temple, Midna lost her temper as she came out of Link’s shadow. “That’s just great. After finishing this place, we have to go all the way back to the sacred grove to get the Master Sword. By this time, Zant will surely take over Hyrule and the Twilight kingdom!”
Zelda put her hand on Midna’s shoulder. “Don’t worry. Isn’t the Sacred Grove over here?”
“Oh yeah.”
Midna, take Serah and Zelda to get the boss chamber key. I’m going to the Sacred Grove. I’ll get the Master Sword. I’ll meet you guys at the boss chamber.”
Serah ran to Link. “Hey wait!” She whispered to him. “Hasn’t Hyrule been taken over by what’s-his-name?”
Link looked around. “Don’t mention that. Not now. Not the right time.” He ran off to the exit.
Midna nodded and watched Link leave. “Let’s go.” She hid in Zelda’s shadow, and began waiting for Link’s return.
Serah whispered to Link. “Hasn’t Hyrule been taken over by what’s-his-name?”
Link looked around. “Don’t mention that. Not now. Not the right time.”
Nero paced in confusion. “Why do you need Link?”
“He is the descendant of the Hero of Time and he is the hero chosen by the goddesses with the Triforce of Courage.”
“So we have to wait until he comes?”
“Yes.”
“Will you not tell us your names?” asked Lightning.
The statues looked at each other. “We don’t have one,” said the harsh one. “We’re just known as guardian statues of the Temple of Time.”
“Do you not want one?”
“We don’t really need one. We don’t have much company, do we, brother?”
“No. So you might as well get out of here. You don’t have the power needed to have permission.”
“I see,” she replied. They all sat down with impatience. She took her knife out and began to sharpen her sword. The statues looked at them and then each other. They whispered to each other and then turned back to their dormant form.
“Damn it!” Nero cursed as he sat down. He stood up again. “I’m going to look around.” He left as he cursed the statues, angrily.
Serah chased Zelda and Midna as they ran after a monkey that came to them before. It looked like a baboon but it looked crazy and evil. The baboon was in a room with no way out. It got angrier. Serah took out her bow blade and turned it into a bow. Zelda used too. They both shot and both missed the baboon. It jumped on pillars. Serah turned her bow into a sword.
“I’ve got an idea.”
Serah ran towards the pillar the monkey was on. She sliced it in half. It jumped to the one of the other pillars before she cut it. It stuck its tongue out at the two and jumped around on the rest. Serah just ran and sliced all of them in half apart from the one the monkey was on. She smiled and kicked it. The monkey fell on the floor with its head in the ground. Zelda ran and hit it with her sword. She hit it at the same time as Serah. As she gave her final blow, the monkey fell unconscious and the evil craze from its eyes went away. It stood up and held out the boomerang. It looked magical. Midna took it as the baboon ran away.
“Let’s go,” Serah called out.
Outside the Sacred Grove, Link appeared and confronted the statue guardians.
