Boss dude who is actually meant to be in purple water (forgot the name!)------>
Chapter 12 - One down, Three to go
Link returned to Midna, Serah and Zelda. He found them in the room before the boss chamber. They smiled at him.
Serah stepped forward. “I believe this belongs to you.”
She gave him the magic boomerang. The magic from the boomerang accepted Link as its owner.
“Let’s go. Bows out. I don’t have mine. I’m going to use this.”
Zelda stopped. “Where’s the Master Sword?”
“I left it with them.”
“Okay. You’ll need to rush back there again. Because, when a person doesn’t have a piece of the Triforce touches the blade, they have a vision of the Hero of Time’s journey. But they have to choose to go back. But they won’t know that they have to do that. If they don’t come out, they will stay in that time with no way back!”
Midna came out of the shadow and laughed. “I’ve got an idea. But first, let’s get rid of this boss.” She mumbled to herself. “This place is too complicated.” She hid in Link’s shadow again.
They walked into the boss chamber and they looked around. Suddenly, two heads came out of the purple void of the water.
“Shoot the eyes!” Link shouted. He ran on one side to distract the two heads. He used the boomerang to get their attention. The arrows hit the two eyes in the head’s mouth. The heads went under the water.
Moments later, the two heads came up again with another head. The third head wouldn’t open its mouth for its eye to be shot at. The other two heads kept attacking with their heads open, so Serah shot her arrows at them. They went down again.
The baboon they attacked earlier appeared out of nowhere with bombs. It came to help! It swung from one side to the other. Link understood what to do and threw the boomerang at the monkey. The boomerang brought back some bombs. Link then threw the boomerang at the middle head. The bomb went with it. The bomb exploded and the middle head came down towards them.
“Swords out!”
All three of them attacked the middle head’s eye and it growled in pain. It continued to growl. It threw its head it the air and the eye came off from its mouth. It landed in front of Link. It burst into ashes and the ashes returned. It formed another type of armour that Midna had.
Midna came out of Link’s shadow and took the armour.
“That’s one of the fused shadows. Now to the Sacred Grove.”
She made a portal of magic and they all stepped in one by one.
The Master Sword showed more about the Hero of Time. He had awakened 4 sages all together, including Rauru. The Hero of Time had met Sheik, a man in blue with a red eye on his chest plate. He had blond hair and red eyes. He called himself one of the Sheikah.
The 4 Sages were who the Hero knew. The forest sage was a girl he knew 7 years ago. She was his friend. She was a kokiri. So she couldn’t grow up. The fire sage was a goron he met who called him his sworn brother. The water sage was a zora princess who thought was his fiancée.
Nero wanted to go back. All of a sudden, he vanished out of the memory. He was back in the Temple of Time. He gasped. He saw Dante, Vergil, and Lightning with their eyes shut, still clutching the sword. He tried pushing them away. They didn’t move. The only thing he thought about was how he could have helped Lightning. She had lost her sister, found her and lost herself.
Nero tried kicking the sword. It didn’t work. He tried shooting it. It didn’t work. He tried using his devil bringer. It didn’t work either. He tried all three together using his devil trigger. Nothing worked.
“Think! Think!”
He remembered something before they split up. Lightning gave something to Serah. He remembered she put one of them in her pocket. He took it out and opened it. It looked like a phone. He pressed the green button. Serah wasn’t picking up.
“Come on, come on!”
“Waiting for me again?”
Nero turned around. It was Link, Serah and Zelda. Midna was nowhere to be seen. She then came out of Link’s shadow and smiled. Link ran to the Master Sword. He lifted it out of the hands of the others and the dreamy, dazzled ones put their hands to their heads.
“What happened?” demanded Zelda.
Lightning shook her head then looked up.
“Well, we came in here and Nero, here, fell in pain while holding the sword. We tried to get the sword off him. Instead we all had a vision about the Hero of Time. About his journey. We just saw what happened in the Temple of Time. His name and face was exactly the same as Link. It was really freaky. We saw what happened in the Chamber of Sages. We saw how Ganondorf got the Triforce of Power and how the Hero of Time got his title. We saw that after he came out, a man named Sheik helped him find the Sages. The Sages turned out to be people he knew. When he helped four Sages, Nero disappeared somehow. I don’t know how but he did. After he disappeared, Link, the Hero of Time, Link, awakened the other two sages and returned to the Temple of Time. He met Sheik there. Sheik turned out to be the wielder of the Triforce of Wisdom. When he showed the actual Triforce on his hand, he turned into the princess. Princess Zelda. She turned out to be the last Sage and the leader of them all. Just before you took the sword out, Link, the temple began to rumble and the princess was trapped in a pink crystal. And she was taken away by Ganondorf.”
Nero stepped towards Lightning. “This belongs to you.” He gave her the phone.
She looked at it. “I see you tried to call Serah. You didn’t press the right button. You were meant to press the blue button then the green.”
They all laughed.
Midna, who was hiding in the shadows, came out. “Hello… Zant… Hyrule… the blanket of Twilight… the past… Let’s get going!”
“Don’t worry,” Link said. “Once you’ve had the vision, you can’t have it again. Just in case you do, I think it’s best if Nero keeps the sword.” He gave the sword to Nero. He took it back. “One moment. I forgot to do something!”
Link ran to the pedestal and put the Master Sword in the pedestal and took it out again. Glass blue stairs appeared in front of Link and the one of the stain glass windows disappeared. The other side seemed to have a door to go through.
“Go through there. That’s the way to the first dungeon.”
“Okay,” said Nero. “Midna’s right. You guys need to get to the next province. Which is…?”
“Ordon. This is when you guys need to get to the Gerudo Mesa.”
“Come on!” Midna said impatiently. She opened her portal. “To Ordon province!”
Zelda, Link, and Serah smiled and stepped into the portal. They turned into little squares and disappeared. Nero wondered whether those squares were part of Midna’s Twilight power. Once they disappeared, the rest of the team went ahead towards the glass blue stairs towards the dungeon.
