Nova's POV
I didn't know which one of these two idiots to be mad at.
The bearded man- whose name I rudely didn't ask- because he clearly put up no fight with me at all, seeing as to his engagement with Grey was nothing like his and mine was.
He was clearly taking it way too easy on me.
Or Grey, because he always comes barging in with his fist first. And naked.
Though I wasn't too much complaining about that part.
In the midst of them swinging and dodging one another, Grey made sure I caught his sly little smirk.
The fucker heard my thoughts.
"That's it, you two stop it!" I scolded both of them to no avail.
Fine, if that's the way you want to play it.
I ran full speed at them, throwing my entire body and all my weight at them until we were all piled on the floor like a heap of flesh.
Hey, would do ya know? No more fighting. Mission accomplished.
I quickly stood up, making sure to stay in between the two when I did.
"Everyone got it out of their system? Yes? Okay, good." I sighed, taking a few deep breaths to level my breathing.
"I haven't come to fight."
"You can start by telling him your name, and myself." I said sheepishly, I still felt horrible for not having asked.
"Gabriel, but all my friends call me Gabe." The moment he said it, he instantly reminded me of Caustine.
"Don't hurt him!" I turned to Grey, hoping my look was a pleading one. Even though a part of me wanted to kick his alpha almighty ass.
"You know, just as any other wolf knows, the laws of trespassing and how each alpha may go about their punishment..s." He added with much emphasis.
I hated to do this to him, "Under Luna's order's." I tried to make my voice as stern as possible, "He is not our prisoner, nor will he be punished."
Grey looked liked I'd slapped him in the face, but regained his composure when he turned back to Gabriel.
"Gabe, wait for us by the waterfall. We'll be down in a bit, okay?" I said to him.
He nodded over to me, but eyed Grey cautiously.
"Hey," I stopped him before he jumped down, "I can trust you not to go anywhere else, right?" I emphasized the word trust.
"Of course, Luna." He looked to Grey, "I'm not here for a fight." And with that, he ran out and jumped down.
Grey turned to me immediately. "So. You reign your Luna dominancy over me for a vampire, please enlighten me as to why, before this cave is no longer stable- just as my own issues cause for me not to be." He rubbed a hand through his hair irritably.
"Listen, he came here for Tino. I think.. I think something's wrong, Grey."
"How do you know?" He snapped.
