“Good morning Liz.” I looked to speaker who I hadn’t noticed until now and smiled at him. I had just woken up, it was 8 O’clock, and since we didn’t have work until 10 I didn’t expect to meet anyone this early.

“Good morning Niall.” I answered as I made my way towards the fridge to get something to eat.  I found what I needed to make myself a meal and sat down on the other side of the table from Niall. We just sat there in silence as I ate and he was on his phone.

“So, do you know what we are doing today?” I asked as I finished my last slice of bread and he put down his phone as he looked up at me.

“We are going on an interview today.” He smiled at me and then glanced at the clock hanging on the wall. “I don’t think there is so much for you to do today, but you’ll come with.”

I nodded and smiled; I had never been behind the scenes on an interview, obviously because I had never known any famous people. It was weird to think that I was living with someone as famous as the boys. On the other hand, it didn’t really feel so different from living with normal infamous people. The only difference was all the fans on Twitter and seeing them on the TV at times.

“So I’ll just sit in your dressing room or something then?”

“If you want to, but I’m sure there is a place for you in the audience, if you want to watch us of course.” He said and tilted his head slightly. I don’t know if he knew exactly what that did to me; he was so adorable when he did that, but he probably didn’t even think about that. He probably didn’t know how beautiful he truly was, and not just on the outside.

“Ella?”

“What?”

“You were staring again.” He said with a laugh and I could feel my face heat up. “What are you thinking about?”

“I, well… um, nothing special” I answered him as I shook my head and tried to fix my gaze on something other than him.

“You know you can tell me, I won’t judge you.” He told me, his face serious; he wanted me to know that he wasn’t joking. The only thing is that he would judge me, no matter how hard he tried not to. He’d feel awkward talking to me if he knew, he’d probably ignore me and I didn’t want that.

“I know Niall, but I can’t… I’m sorry.”

There was a moment of silence, and it wasn’t the usual comfortable silence there used to be around him, it was a lot worse. He probably thought I didn’t trust him; that I didn’t think he could keep a secret, but that wasn’t the case. I couldn’t tell him the secret; because he was the one I wanted to keep it from.

He opened his mouth to say something, but I never got to know what it was that he was going to say, because in the next moment we could hear someone coming down the stairs and that caused him to close his mouth again and remain quiet.

“Oh God, you scared me.” I looked to Zayn who had stopped in the doorway and smiled at him. “Why are you so quiet? I didn’t think anyone was here.” He started moving again and sat down on a chair as he looked from Niall to me.

“We were talking, and then we heard you.” Niall answered him and shrugged before he picked up his phone from the table.

“Did I interrupt something?” Zayn asked causing Niall to look up from the phone quickly.

“No, no I didn’t mean to seem moody. I just needed to do something.” Niall answered holding up his phone with a smile.

“Are any of the others up yet?” I turned my gaze to Zayn as Niall went back to his phone.
