Harper didn't really give me much notice as to when she was moving so when she decided it the day i had planned to go out of town for a huge modelling gig, it came as a huge surprise to me and Grayson, as well as Ethan.

i ended up having to take a flight out the next day really early so i could help her move and have a few minutes to cry by myself.

so much for moving when the baby got there.

i later found out that the reason she was moving so early is so they could get a start on painting the baby's room and making sure that everything wasn't too hectic for when the little boy or girl arrived into the wide world.

"i can't believe you made me get up at 7," Grayson moaned as he helped haul another box into the boot of Ethan's car.

"i can't believe i had to get an airhorn to actually wake you," i replied stunned,

"and i can't believe that they didn't hire a van!" Ethan exclaimed slightly red from the fact he was fuming earlier about petrol.

Harper did say she would pay for it all.

"you're a cheery bunch," i exclaimed with a cheesy grin,

"you said it," Ethan muttered,

"now, are we done?" Grayson said with a yawn,

"yes, now we can hit the road." i said grinning before hopping into the drivers seat of Grayson's car because my one had to go in the garage from a engine malfunction.

Grayson soon joined me in the passenger seat yawning and cozying into the tan leather. Ethan's car pulled away first and i followed shortly behind him with my GPS on.

long while left...

"this is such an amazing house!" i exclaimed with my arms flying up in the air like they had wings,

"i know!" Harper stated walking out of the house with her 6 month pregnant baby bump.

i gaze up again at the tall white town house with Spanish style roofing and a long paved driveway which currently held Jack's Chevy truck and was almost unnoticeable from the fact that 2 SUV's were guarding it.

all of us carried boxes into the house while Harper started on making dinner since she was pretty far along to lift heavy things.

---

as soon as we left their house the next day after staying over and buying them pizza since Harper burnt the food.

Grayson drove the way back while i napped and made him very jealous.

as soon as we got back i checked my cars status on the dealer website to find that it wasn't in the completed or the pending for repairs so i decided to go there directly.

"Gray?" i called from the lounge,

"yeah?" he called back to me as footsteps became louder,

"i need a really big favour off of you," i grinned,

"sure, fire," he said crossing his legs on the sofa,

"i need you to drive me across LA to get to the Jeep dealer to see if my car is still there," i said in one breath,

"oh, just let me grab my keys," he said shoving some sliders on and grabbing the keys from the small bowl.

we got into his car and drove for a solid hour and a half to get to the nearest Jeep dealer so i could check on my car.

when we got there, i spoke to a kind man called Ross.

"so there is a bit of a problem with your online check in... it said that my car is not completed nor pending," i said to him sweetly but inside i was raging,

"oh... that doesn't sound good," he said stupidly,

"no, it really isn't," i was starting to loose my cool,

"what car is it?" he asked me after itching the goatee on his chin,

"the blue Wrangler," i said as he sat down at his computer.

from where i was standing i could see a car almost exactly the same as mine glowing in the sunlight as i searched for my baby.

"we do not have any record of that car being completed," he said after checking the records,

"what?" Grayson chirped in,

"Yes, what?" i agreed,

"your car was never completed which means that you will need to speak to my manager to find out why," he said to me with a sorry smile,

why a sorry smile?

i sighed and walked over to the head reception where a woman with the name tag 'Kathleen" sat dressed in a skirt suit and a manager sash around her shoulder. weird.

"my car, my car the blue jeep isn't on the records," i said bluntly and her face went from a big smile to a worried scowl.

Grayson stood to the side of me asking questions as to where my car was since Kathleen escorted us out to the yard where there were lots of lovely Jeeps, much like mine.

"here it is," she said as he pulled a cover off of a small outline,

"that's not my car," i said looking down at the Charger to the side of me,

"i know... your car is behind it," she said looking over the top of the glistening black car,

oh no.

"a cube?" i gasped,

"oh my goodness," Grayson said as an arm snaked around me, comforting me.

"the engine problem was too major for a new car like yours so the only thing we could do it compress it," the woman said still cheery.

"i need to sit down," i said as Grayson led me back into the main building,

"now... since your car is worth around 20 thousand, we will offer you a cheque with that amount of money," she said trying to sound sincere,

" i don't want money, i want a car... you can't just compress someones car like that!" i said very annoyed,

i started pacing around as the woman offered me more and more money but not even a rental car for me,

"i need a car, isn't there a rental car i can have?" i asked her calmly after being very annoyed,

"i will give you 19 thousand and a 2 week rental," she said taking her price down from her previous offer,

"thank you, that's all i was asking for," i said hugging the woman as i had to sign some papers to retrieve my rental car.

and trust me, i definitely like this one.
