The Cabin Showdown
The cabin Kae found
was of weathered old logs
surrounded by scrub and forest
In the bush was a horse
tethered to a tree
still saddled and harnessed
3Gun dismounted and
crept to the cabin
and stood in the cabin door
Inside he heard grunting
floorboards angrily ripped
and Hunter on his knees on the floor
"Your luck's run out, Hunter
toss the gun and stand up slow."
"3Gun the sheriff,
should 'a killed you long ago."
In a flash he turned
and swung the board
3Gun fired wild
Hunter grinned, a direct hit
was his reward
