A few weeks after Kai became abit more acquainted with his newfound abilities. The attention was once again centered on Leia. More precisely the wheelchair bound Joel wished to know exactly what happened that night on the burning ship. He wanted to know where Leia had disappeared to. And why exactly did she choose to suddenly appeared 5 years later. Almost as of nothing ever happened. It was obvious Leia had changed abit. The moment she showed up she revealed her utter tenacity as a fighter and killer. Yet she also showed restraint. Detachment from the current situation. For all she wanted to do. No all she needed. She desired to do. Was kill. That instinct she had sharpened years ago. It was back. But how did it suddenly appeared? What drove that instinct? That power to suddenly resurface?

As of now Leia sat in a leather chair in Joel's private office. She observed him flipping through a certain book. A book Leia recognized as clear as day. It was the diary. "Joel's Diary". And from the looks of it the current Joel had been adding his own personal accounts and research to it. Information about Saya,Diva and especially Leia. Leia was new. Leia was for the most part unheard of. With a mere page within the string bound book on her. Joel grabbed a ballpoint pen before directing his attention to Leia. Who's lavender gaze peered down towards the floor. Almost as if she was ashamed. Ashamed of what. "Please tell me,what happened 5 years ago on that burning ship?"Joel requested.

The mere thought of that burning ship,Leia could feel the flames crawling up her body. The smoke smothering her as she struggled to breathe. And those icy blue eyes of Diva's which seemed to dance among those dangerous flames. Not bothered by the obvious pain of the flames. Shaking her head of these thoughts Leia opened her mouth to speak. "I'll only talk about it if Kai is here. I want him to know."Leia said with a bit of hesitancy in her voice. Noticing her discomfort Joel passed a button on his desk. Requesting the presence of Kai Miyagusku.

In truth Leia felt like Kai deserved to know what had happened. Why it took her so long to come back. And to know exactly what he was getting into when it came to being her chevalier. It was a test. To see if h3 could truly stand the weight of her crimes,her pain and suffering. And deep down Leia prayed that Kai could. She just could stand the thought of being alone. Ever again. Moments later Kai entered the office wearing his all white suit and button down sky blue shirt.

Leia quite liked this look on him. After all he was 20 years old and appeared even more handsome and mature than he already was. Kai took a seat next to Leia,noticing her trembling hands and immediately cupped them in his own trying his best to soothe her. He didn't know what this meeting was about,but by the way Leia was shaking Kai knew it was something serious. "What's this about?"Kai asked as Leia's trembling slowly died down as she swallowed a lump in her throat to speak. "It seems everyone wants to know where I've been these past few years."She breathed,her normal coolness returning.

When those words left her lips,Kai was immediately intrigued. All those years of her absence Kai was dying to know where she was. The moment she forced him to leave her side Kai was obsessed. All he wanted to know was if she was alright. Did she survive? Did Leia actually meet her end that firey night? Was she lonely? Did she miss him? All these questions jumbled in Kai's head day and night. Especially at night as he seemed to always find himself gazing towards the ceiling with the memory of Leia vivid in his mind.

Her long flowing raven hair billowing around her,and her haunting lavender eyes that sought time swallow Kai entirely. And he wanted it. He wanted to be hers. To have her in his arms and forever be by her side. Yet she was out of sight,and out of reach. Even then Kai couldn't seem to get Leia's fire surrounded figure in his mind. Flashing him a sorrowful smile before disappearing completly from sight. And now that Kai had Leia back,he refused to let her go. Gently Kai squeezed Leia's hand in a way of comforting her as long as he himself.

He had to prepare himself,the moment Leia shared her blood he made a vow. To forever remain by her side. To stand with her no matter the obstacle. No matter the hardship. And deep down Kai believed he was prepared for this. But what exactly happened all those years ago? What events occurred in Leia's bleak past. What dangers and painfilled days was she going to share? And most of would Kai be able to embrace it all?
