Ones Resolve

Days after the sudden betrayl of the "Third Queen",Red Shield had been desperately trying to keep up the fight. The hope that for years each member hell dear,but with the symbol of their hope Says in such a critical condition. Only time would tell if man truly had a chance in this bloody war. Yet even with the evidence that Leia had left. That she had abandoned him. Kai just couldn't shake her. Those tears that slithered down her cheeks,and her voice filled with so much love in remorse it was the first time Kai had ever witnessed such emotion out in the open from Leia. And that emotion would be what he remembered her by. Not by the bloody mess she had left behind.

Yes. Leia would always be that quiet and mysterious beauty she always was in Kai's eyes. Her long flowing raven hair billowing around her as she seemed to always smile when Kai was around. And with him it was no different. Kai till this moment fully believed in Leia. He wasnt too sure why she had to go to such extent. But surely his love and Queen had a reason for leaving. She wouldn't just leave Kai alone would she? Kai gritted his teeth as wild thoughts continued to flood his mind. Yet one thought rung true. He had to get stronger. If he was stronger he could protect Leia. He could bring her back home where she belonged. By his side.

Turning his attention back to Julia and multiple other doctors. Kai watched silently as the group of professionals did their best to patch Saya back up. But the more they tried to help the more unsettling Saya's face became. Kai knew Saya would never let this go. This betrayl of Leia's. And the moment Says was able to stand she would track Leia down and kill her. And that....that was something Kai couldn't even fathom. He had to find her first. Slowly Kai rose to his feet,back turned to Saya and the others who Kai was sure wouldn't notice him leaving. Red Shield was made and dedicated to Saya. They would protect Saya at all costs but it was up to Kai alone to save his Queen.

Surely Leia felt it too? The sudden magnetic pull that continued to beckon them together as if fate. The pain that Kai felt in his chest with Leia's absence. She had to feel it too. Which meant Leia wished to return but maybe possibly could not. Pulling on his black hooded coat Kai quietly made his way into the New York streets. Disappearing into the bussling crowd with one thing on his mind. Finding Leia. 'Ill find you Leia,I promise.'Kai thought to himself while elsewhere tucked away in a mansion was Leia herself.

Since her arrival with Diva the once heartless Queen had become Abit eratic. Rageful almost,throwing tantrums,screaming at the top of her lungs and a dark depression which swallowed Leia whole. But she didn't mind. Darkness was where she belonged where she was born within. For she was a creature of the night. A predator. A monster. And as such she was not worthy of light. A light as beautiful and blinding as the one she still deeply loved Kai. Bringing her legs to her chest Leia released loud sobs into the night air. Not caring that her cries rung through the ears of every person in the vast city. Leia just couldn't take it anymore.

The feeling of being alone was not one she wished to run towards but now it stood before her. Beckoning her into it's murky depths hoping to trap her within the confines of her own prison. Gripping her head Leia continued to sob loudly her cries ringing in the ears of Kai who immediately stopped in mid step. He then peered up towards the starless sky knowing for sure he had heard his love. And that he would surely find her. "Help me..."Leia cried as she instinctively begun to rub her slowly swollen stomach. Wiping her face Leia touched her stomach gently,already feeling the warmth of life being created within her. Upon Leia's arrival she was tested on by Amshel. It took all Leia's control not to rip his head off where he stood. But the words that he told her still shocked her till no end. "Your with child,Leia." She was pregnant,the failed Queen was able to birth Children. But apparently only one. And most importantly it was Leia's and Kai's child. With all her might Leia wished she could tell him. Tell her love that she was with child then maybe maybe they could escape all of this.

But Leia knew all too well that was simply a wish. A wish that would never be granted. Her desire to see Kai will come true but they would probably be on different sides. But when it comes down to that,what will Leia choose? Her love and Child? Or sister?
