Aria POV
I sat and looked down at the empty coffee cup between my hands on my lap. Emily was sitting across from me, Hanna to my right and spencer to my left. Emily has just told us about everything, about how she feels, about who she is. She just spilled all her secrets, and I really want to tell mine.
"Guys, I have a secret, a big one and I really need to tell you guys. But before I do, you have to promise you won't judge me or look at me any differently"
They all looked and me and said okay.
"So last year, before Alison went missing, we were walking home from school. We stopped and got fro yo on the way home and we were just walking and talking. We heard Mona's voice calling our names behind us, so we started to run. We turned a corner and saw my dad in his car kissing another woman, one of his students from Hollis." They all gasped and I continued the story, about how my dad saw us and about how Alison told me to tell my mom. I told them about our conversation in the car on the first day of school and about how I really hated him for what he did to my mom.
"But there's another secret that goes with this secret" I continued. "So the day before our first day of school I dropped Mike of at lacrosse and I had two hours before he finished, I didn't want to go home to see my dad, so I went to the Hollis bar and grille. I sat at the bar and just drank my soda waiting for the time to pass. And that when I started talking to this really cute guy. He was talking about how he just graduated and we were just having a normal conversation. We really connected. He said he wanted to get to know me better and I said the same to him. I walked of to the bathroom and told him to follow me. You can probably guess what happened next"
S: "wow Aria, that's not like you"
"Yeah I know, I don't really know how it happened. Anyways that besides the point. So I got his number and I left. Picked mike up from lacrosse and went home. And that was that. Or so I thought. So the next day after my heated discussion with my father, I saw you Emily and then we headed to English. Our knew teacher walked in and guess who it was...the bathroom guy"
H:"omg Aria, you kissed Mr Fits in the bathroom of a bar. This is bad"
"Yeah well it gets worse"
E: "Worse! The only way this could be worse is if you kissed him again"
They all started giggling and then realised I wasn't. They all turned and glared at me simultaneously.
S:"Aria. Please tell me you haven't kissed him again"
I bit my lip in shame and looked at the floor.
S.E.H:"OMG ARIA"
They all shouted at the same time. "I know I know, it's really bad. But it's not just some stupid fling with my high school English teacher. Ireally like him, a lot."
E:"So when did these other kisses happen?"
"Well, I didn't go home after Noels party the other day. I went to Ezras apartment. I've been there a few times but apart from that, nothing"
They all looked at me in disbelief clearly shocked at everything I had just told them.
"But wait I haven't finished. So that first English lesson we had was when I got my first A text. It said"
Maybe he fools around with his students all the time. Lots of teachers do, just ask your dad-A
"That's why i was certain Alison was on the other end of that text message. She the only one who knew. Well obviously not, but who else could it be"
We all shook our heads and fear filled the room.
S:"girls, as long as we stick together and always have each other back, this A will never be able to hurt us, okay?"
Spencer's wise words made us feel better. We had a group hug and cried a little. This past week had been hard for all of us, but I had an awful feeling it wasn't going to get better.
