At 27 I learned of my husband's infidelity.

More like I walked into it, on a sunny afternoon as I came back from work, and walked into our bedroom, there he was tangled in a heated embrace with another woman. She was young and beautiful like the old me, the one who naively married at 18.

With big black eyes she looked up at me in fear, I immediately recognized her as one of his potential rising stars since he was a CEO of an important music industry. A part of me didn't want to believe what my eyes were seeing but deep down inside I knew it was a matter of time, I sort of just expected it to happen.

But it was all my fault.

I knew the reason why our marriage had fallen through.

I couldn't bare a child.

He hated me for that.

I hated myself too.

We fell in love with the purpose of starting our own family, I married him with the intentions of giving him a home he never had, a family he never had. "Jessica?" He had to shake my shoulders a few times to bring me out of shock.

"Jessica, mianhae." But when I finally looked into his eyes I never once did see any hint of regret and I think that's what hurt me the most to this day.

But it's been three months since then.

Since I became divorced, lost my job, and lived in a house all alone that used to be for 2. Instead now all I ever do is drink or smoke, it's been a daily routine of self destruction. It was the only way I could cope with the pain, the anger, and the loss.

It was sad, falling out of love.

I decided that I would finally come out of the shell I'd created for myself one night and blend in with the people who still enjoyed there youth. I looked through my closet for something decent to wear but only found a black dress that I once wore in highschool for prom. Instead of straightening my hair or keeping it tamed like I used to, I let my curls run wild this time, applied heavy make up that consisted of dark eye shadow, sharp eyeliner and red lipstick.

To be honest as I looked at myself in the mirror now I don't think I would have ever worn this kind of outfit in my life. The black dress that stuck to the curves of my body and my black heels that only added to the danger made me look as if I'd gone back in time.

Grabbing my purse I pulled out a cigarette and my lighter and walked out into the city life Seoul had to offer as I blew a puff of smoke from my lips. As I walked further and further into the busy streets I got all kinds of looks and cat calls.

I must have looked like a whore that night.

I didn't care though after you lose everything that once meant the world to you, you tend to care less about people's opinion.

I headed to one of Gangnam's popular clubs, of course there was already a long line and as I was about to head over to the end of it the bouncer stops me, giving me a wide smile he lets me pass through.

Shrugging it off I head to the bar where I take a seat and order myself a drink which soon turns into a few shots and by the time the next few songs start up I've lost count of how many drinks I've had.

A few of the girls here give me some dirty looks at first I feel offended by it but when I see the guys that they are with give me a sly smile I realize why they're looking at me like that. I laugh and head for the dance floor, hip hop starts to play and a few girls start dirty dancing on guys. A couple of guys even attempt to get me to dance with them but I'm honestly fine all alone right now.

At least I thought I was.

Until I saw him.

Standing in the crowd, watching me, his eyes settling over every inch of my body, his lustful gaze made me shiver, and at some point I forgot to breathe. The guy was hot, with his thick black hair, tan skin, broad muscles and killer smile.

Our connection was cut off when another guy approached me asking for a dance but I shook him off and continued to dance alone, I looked around again for that guy I had been momentarily left in a trance with but there was no sign of him.

He'd vanished.

Or so I thought.

It was until I felt a body brush behind me that I turned to look into his dark eyes. He bit his bottom lip as his eyes continued that dangerous trail down my body. Everything about him spelled danger. From the way he looked, to his eyes, to his smile, everything.

Yet I foolishly ignored all the little alarm sounds in the back of my head and adjusted myself so that I could come closer. It was time I stopped playing it safe, I'll leave the regrets for later besides this guy was unbelievably hot.

"Do you want to dance?" His voice makes my insides melt and my legs grow weak. I take a deep breath before I can come up with an answer.

"Yes." He grins playfully taking me by the hand. The contact made my body feel all warm and tingly, maybe it was the alcohol?

I wasn't drunk enough yet though, I knew that for a fact. "What's your name?" I ask. He walks us over to the middle of the crowd of dancing bodies, finally turning around he faces me again.

"Mino." He says, he gives me that look again, he's looking at me as if he want's to try himself against me, bare skin and all. "You?"

Trying my best not to sound nervous, I lean in, I don't know where this courage came from all of a sudden but I know for a fact that what we're doing right now is testing each other out. To see who can hold out the longest. "Jessica." I whisper low enough in his ear.

His grip on my hand tightens, I smile inwardly, score one for me. But instead I'm taken aback by his brute force. He pulls me into his body, I hear myself gasp seeing how close we are to one another. There's no space, I'm literally being pushed into his body. We were right up against each other, noses touching, feeling his warm breath on my neck, as we swayed to the beat of the bass.

His smile was lose and easy.

Somehow being this close to another man didn't make me feel as repulsed as I'd imagined. For some reason I felt the need to wrap my arms around him and that's exactly what I did. I wrapped my arms behind his neck and he took that as an invite for him to wrap his hands around my waist dangerously low to my bottom.

He grinds his hips into my own with the beat of the music, feeling every inch of him against me. I could feel my heart accelerating even more and I was sure he could feel it against his, he dipped me as my hands ran through his hair and he pressed his lips against the exposed skin on my neck.

The heat caught me off guard but he lifts my leg to his waist and continues to place a heat of kisses down my neck and finally his heavy breathing is matched with my own. And then he's placing a kiss on the corner of my mouth but pauses before reaching my lips.

The beat changes and everyone around us starts jumping up and down while we stay still in a haze. "Your fucking hot." He murmurs against my lips.

Goosebumps trail up my skin, if it wasn't for him holding me up I think my legs would've gave in on me.

I pull myself free from his grip and only offer him a smile in response. I suddenly hated the DJ for changing the song just when it was about to get good. I reach for his hand and throw his arm over my shoulder as I take the lead to the bar where I take my last shot for the night. "Where's your place?" I ask.

His grin widens. "I'll drive us."
