Part 15

I raced Billy back to where the others were then we all exchanged numbers. I only asked Spencer and Billy for theirs since Kelli wore a 'don't come near me or i'll kill you' kind of look.

"Alright then girls, we best get back" Bradley said linking arms with Shanell while facing me and Bethany. We nodded then said goodbye to the Lab Rats. Kelli suddenly had a change in mood- she seemed a lot happier. She linked arms with both Spencer and Billy, pulling them tightly to her side then yelled "BYEEE!!" as we exited their set.

*Bethany's POV*

I ran my fingers up my ponytail and looked over at Shennika who was rather quiet since we left for the Good Luck Charlie set. I thought to myself for a moment before inhaling a breath to speak. "Shen talk to me" I gave in.

She sighed frustratedly then finally looked at me, "well first you go on at me about seeing Ross again like it wouldn't be good for me, then when Billy asked to talk to me alone you freak out on me saying: what about Ross? Beth, what's with that?" she said all at once, referring to our previous clash of opinion that lead to this argument. "What exactly are you afraid of?" She asked in a softer tone looking at me with worried eyes.

I sighed then bit my lip, "I'm sorry Shen I didn't mean to freak out on you, I just don't want you to get hurt that's all" I said folding my arms walking closer to her so we were side by side.

She smiled lightly, "Beth, I love that you care so much, but you've got to trust me. You're my best friend and I'll always need you" she said pulling me into a hug then pulled back grinning. I smiled.

After Bradley finished his last shoot for the day we headed to the car lot where his mum was waiting for us. We hopped in the vehicle and relaxed for the long journey home.

Once we got to the penthouse we collapsed on the comfy sofas, sighing loudly. I rolled onto the fluffy rug and lay there for a bit.

"Come on Bethany let's go up to my room" Shennika said with her face still in the sofa cushion. I laughed, "well get off the sofa then!" when she didnt move, I picked up the nearest cushion then whacked her with it. She laughed then turned pouting at me "your such a bully Bethany!"

I followed behind her going up the long staircase then into her room on the right. Where we just chilled and listened to music- I connected my ipod to the docking station and put it on shuffle- the song 'I want you bad' by R5 played.

I bit my lip then turned nervously to Shennika who was on her bed scrolling through tweets on her phone- she hadn't realised the song yet.

'Everything you got just kills me, goin guilty! Go crazyy coz your ma bestfriend's babyy and you got me thinking maybee just maybee I don't know what to do...'

I fiddled with my hair, thinking whether or not to change the song.

'I'm in love with someone elses girllll, you ROCK my world, you're the one that I can't have, oh girl I want you bad...'

Gulp. Seriously? It's like this shuffle mix was on purpose. This song was on purpose!

Shennika was looking at me now. She must of realised Ross' voice and noticed how nervous I was getting.

"I-I can change the song-" I said reaching over to my ipod to press skip. She sat up suddenly, "no no! I like this song" she said breaking into a little dance.

"But th-" I sighed deeply. she gave me a look. "Beth it's just a song. Don't worry about it, not like its targeted at anyone right?" She said with a slight shrug.

I stayed quiet forgetting to answer. She moved to sit on the edge of her bed and narrowed her eyes at me "Beth!?"

Shanell entered and closed the door behind her. Luckily she didn't really notice the tension in the room "Hey guys" she smiled widely.

*Shanell's POV*

Shennika rolled her eyes then smiled back just as wide. She moved up on her bed so I took that as a sign to sit down.

"Hey Shanell, you ok?" Bethany replied avoiding Shennika's eye completely. I guess something must of happened before I entered because it was written all over my sister's face.

I nodded at Bethany then turned to Shennika, "today at the Lab Rats set, I saw Kelli give you a proper dirty look" I blurted out.

Her face drained "well Billy did mention that Kelli was acting weird. But what has she got against me hanging with him? They're not even dating!" she slammed her head back on her pillow and had her hands over her eyes.

Bethany edged forward "yeah, I noticed she was acting a bit shifty, her and Billy aren't dating so I don't get it. Didn't pick up that she had a thing for him..."

Shennika slid her hands off her face and rested them on her stomach. Then looked over at us with watery eyes. I could tell she didn't like the situation with Kelli, especially since we had no idea why Kelli was acting like that.

There was a knock on the door. "yeah?" I shouted. Bradley entered "guys have you seen what was said on twitter?! Kelli's in it..." he said scrolling down his newsfeed then paused smirking "oh and Billy's bare defending you too," he nodded at Shennika.

"What!" Us girls shouted in unison jumping up. Shennika ran over to Bradley who was standing in the middle of the room. "what's the fight about?!" she demanded to know.

I ran over to Bradley's other side and looked down at his phone. He moved it so we could all see. "not too sure exactly, a mate texted me saying to look on twitter, something Kelli wrote and Billy didn't like it then she got all defensive and brought you up then he went belistic!" he said in an exaggerated tone.

Shennika had a look of sheer horror. She paced around her room "no no no no!" she mumbled anxiously, "this can not be happening!" she walked over to Bethany who turned to her with a similar expression.

I gasped but Bethany spoke, "Look who's just popped up" Shennika's phone vibrated loudly from the bed but she ignored it and looked at Bradley's phone then she too gasped..."Ross!"
