*Shennika's POV*

"Oi get off her!!" I heard Rydel shout over everyone's gasp. Riker's eyes softened then he quickly released me "oh my god Shennik- I'm so sorry" he hurriedly said bringing his hand to his face before running his fingers through his hair. I could tell just how worried he was about Ross.

Rydel ran up to me, I winced taking a step back but was relieved when she took me into a warm hug, "hi hun" she said quietly on my shoulder. I let out a smile "hi Rydel."

We pulled back then turned seeing Rocky push Riker hard on his chest, "have you lost it!?" he said angrily. Riker narrowed his eyes back at Rocky "you should of stayed with them!!"

"Boys! Enough of this, let Ross' friend speak" Stormie said in a calming voice, looking from one son to the other then down at me, "come, sit down and tell us what happened dear."

I nodded and walked over to sit down. They were still all looking at me, "ok…me and Ross were having a day out, after spending some time on a field we went roller skating, then ran into Rocky at the skate park and stayed there for some time."

Rocky nodded then I continued "we then left and went back to the field, Ross thought it was a good idea to carve our initials onto a tree like some kids were doing before us" I smiled to myself then leaned back on my chair.

"Awww!! That's so cute" Rydel said leaning on Stormie's arm.

"Yeah I thought so too, things were so great until Billy and Kelli showed up" I made a face looking down recalling the memory.

"Wait, Kelli Berglund and Billy Unger?" Rydel asked edging forward, I looked at her and nodded. "They joined us and started talking but Kelli just brought trouble. She tried to kiss Ross!" I heard Rydel gasp, "he pushed her off but they dropped on the floor. It made Ross mad. And then she force kissed Billy making it worst she jumped me to the ground and started attacking me!"

Rocky stood up "whoa, one girl did all that!?"

I nodded furiously, "there's more. Once I had walked away from her she had to call me out. She challenged a quad bike race and said the boys should do it in our places. I told Ross not too, I even asked if he was sure but he wanted too regardless. Ross being Ross he accepted, him and Billy raced down the track. I didnt know Kelli had tampered with their bikes before -that's what made them crash" tears came down my face. "I found out too late..."

Tears came down Stormie's face as well. Rydel and Riker gasped while Rocky remained intensely silent.

"I-I ran as fast as I could and screamed their names but they were too far away to hear me, I tripped over in the grass then I heard an engine explode, I got up and ran faster. But when I looked back Kelli-she was long gone, I'm so sorry!" my voice broke into a whisper.

Stormie and Rydel hugged me, comforting me as they cried too.
"I can't believe Kelli did this!" Rocky jumped up, "you wait 'til I find this Kelli girl!!" Riker stood up looking just as sad as I was "I'm so sorry" he said to me with watery eyes.

I looked up at him "don't Riker, I'm sorry" he managed a smile then slowly sat back down.

"Honey, have you called anyone?" Stormie said handing me a tissue. I wiped my eyes then looked up at her "I tried calling my sister but it just went into voicemail" I looked down at my hands.

"Come on" I felt Rydel pull me up holding my hand, "lets go for a walk." I nodded then walked with her out into the hall to a vending machine where we got crisps (Potato chips) and chocolate. "Hey, you shouldn't blame yourself, it was Kelli who did this" she smiled at me.

"But she hates me though and she hurt Ross because he stood by me" I said looking away from her eyes. She smiled lightly at me "look, no matter what her reasons were I don't blame you, Ross made the right choice sticking by you."
