Blizzard.
'Huh? Is someone calling me?'
Blizzard. Open your eyes.
'Let me sleep. It's probably gonna be one of the last good night sleeps I'll get,'
To my sisters, IceWing. Open your eyes and face me.
'Ugh, fine. Only if you leave me alone afterwards...'
Blizzard opened her eyes, expecting to see herself in her cage, facing towards Mudslide. But what she found was that she was standing on a platform. As she looked around, she recognized a place she never thought she would see again.
"What am I doing in the Ice Kingdom?" Blizzard asked out loud. "Oh, don't tell me the entire trip to Magisalla was a daydream. A really vivid daydream,"
But as Blizzard spoke, she found her voice echoing weirdly in her ears. There was no wind whistling, like it used to when she lived here. And when she looked down, her Ice Master Mark was visible under the scarf she still wore.
"Oh. I'm dreaming," Blizzard realized when she also noticed no dragons around.
Correct.
Blizzard jumped at a female voice that sounded from all around her. Blizzard whipped around, but found no dragons in the area still.
"Who's there? Show yourself!" Blizzard roared.
The Diamond Caves.
"Huh? What about the cave full of frozen dead dragons?"
They are your next destination.
"Oh, is that the punishment the Magisallian Jury is gonna give me? Frozen in my old homeland?"
Blizzard received no answer. The world started to grow brighter and brighter. Blizzard squeezed her eyes shut as the world became too bright. Suddenly, her senses were filled with shouting dragons and the momentum of a swinging cage.
The IceWing jerked awake when her cage slammed into another cage. As Blizzard's vision cleared and her senses awakened from her slumber that was deep enough to make her oblivious to the commotion, she noticed that there was the sound of claws on armor.
Blizzard snapped to attention. "What's going on? What's happening?" Blizzard shouted. Mudslide's voice broke through the commotion.
"Our friends have come to bail us!" Mudslide exclaimed, running up to the edge of his cage and shaking the bars. "Hey! The IceWing is over here!"
"Blizzard is fresh off the grill right below me!" Hail roared.
Dragons covered in dark cloaks had invaded the cavern. They were still swarming in from the many entrances, overwhelming the guards. Blizzard saw armored guards and their weapons plummet into the pitch black void below.
Some dragons didn't wear cloaks, but had either weird war paints or other dark colored garments on. Three dragons were flying towards Blizzard, Mudslide, and Hail. All three of them went to work unlocking the cages.
Blizzard noticed that the dragon unlocking her cell was sleek and black, decorated with feathers. Her wings almost looked bird-like from the top, with an artificial crest of feather down her neck. She had a white painted snout, and possessed a Plague Master Mark and, so Blizzard's astonishment, a Flora Master Mark as well.
The door opened, the the black dragon rushed in and started to unlock the chains on Blizzard's shackles. "What's going on? Who are you?" Blizzard asked.
