Forbidden Love (Ulquiorra fanfic) [ON HOLD]

Chapter 9

I ran down corridor after corridor until I finally reached the training room. The doors were already open so I peeked around the corner and saw Ulquiorra and Grimmjow sitting on some rocks.

"Erm, hi guys." I spoke quietly.

"Where have you been?" Grimmjow snarled.

"She's been with me." Suddenly, Lord Aizen stood in the doorway of the training room, as he did, both Ulquiorra and Grimmjow stood up and bowed to him. "We've been choosing a new outfit. Care to show them, Amber?" He then looked at me and I nodded. I stood up straight and walked into the doorway, and Aizen put his arm over my shoulder. "Doesn't she look like a true Espada?" He asked Ulquiorra and Grimmjow.

"Yes. She does." Ulquiorra said with a straight face.

"Good. I'll leave you to your training then. Goodbye Ulquiorra, Grimmjow." They then both bowed to him. After that, he took my hand and kissed it. "Goodbye, Amber. Enjoy your training." He then walked away.

I walked into the training room and Grimmjow gave me a dirty look when I closed the door.

"What's up with you then, Grimmjow?" I walked over to him and looked him in the eye. I really couldn't be bothered with his attitude today. He sighed and took a step by me. "Aww. Did someone wake up on the wrong side of the bed this morning?" I started to irritate him now.

"Says you. You're the one who was pissed last night." He turned around and gave me a dirty look again.

"That's not the point. Is someone just jealous that I'm getting special treatment from Lord Aizen and you're not?" I think I got to him at this point as his eyes grew large in anger and started to run towards me. I smirked as he raised his fist and I dodged it. He seemed shocked that I was faster than him, especially as once his hand past me, I punched him in the stomach so hard that he started to cough up blood. He fell to the floor and held his stomach. "Don't mess with me." I said in a angry tone as I picked Grimmjow up by the collar. He didn't look too happy so I dropped him and turned to Ulquiorra with a smile on my face. "So, what are we going to be doing today then?" I asked.

"We're going to teach you how to use your zanpakto." He said while putting his hands in his pockets.

"Second day of training and I'm going to learn how to use my zanpakto. Cool." I said while looking at my zanpakto.

"Well, first, you need to learn how it is best for you to hold your zanpakto. Unsheathe it." Ulquiorra said.

I then grabbed the hilt of my zanpakto and slowly pulled it from it's sheathe. It was beautiful and I really couldn't believe that I was holding a proper zanpakto.

"Now what?" I asked.

"Hold it with both hands first and then hold it with one hand. See which is more comfortable." He then sat down on one of the rocks. I looked over at Grimmjow and he finally stood up. I then looked away from him and focused on my training. I grabbed my sword with both hands and then held it with one hand.

"I prefer holding it with both hands." I said.

"Alright then." Ulquiorra then stood up and walked over behind me. He then grabbed my shoulders and moved me to face a huge bolder. "Now, I want you to close your eyes and focus. I want you to grab your zanpakto and when you're ready to slash at this bolder, think of cutting through it like paper against scissors." He then let go of my shoulders and I heard him take a step back. I did as he told me to. I thought about cutting through the boulder like it was that easy. I lifted my zanpakto and swung it but not with my full strength. When I opened my eyes, the boulder was sliced in two but not only that, the ground was too and everything behind the boulder.
