Enoch's POV
I noticed that we were both leaning in, but I didn't stop. I have had a crush on her since we got to this loop, and this was probably the only chance I would have to tell her for a while.
I grabbed her head and pulled her lips to mine, and we stayed there for a few seconds. Those were probably the greatest few seconds of my life, and the best part is, she kissed back.
Once we pulled away, she started at me. Her eyes held happiness, but also confusion.
Aspen's POV
I didn't know he liked me back.
"Is this real?" I whispered after a few seconds. I couldn't believe what had just happened. Enoch lifted my chin up to meet his brown eyes.
"Only if you want it to be."
I smiled. This was the best day of my life. I had kissed my best friend, who has been my crush since forever. "I really want it to be." I replied, and he gave me a hug. I was thankful that he didn't squeeze tight, my stomach was literally killing me.
"Just so you know, I've liked you forever." Enoch whispered in my ear.
"Me too."
