Stampy and Sqaishey Love Story 5

Chapter 33

"Max" Rachel cried, falling into my arms.

"What about him?"

"He's had a seizure, he might die" she sobbed.

"He's going to be okay, c'mon, he's a fighter" I whispered, not knowing how I was meant to deal with this. I mean, it's not everyday this happens.

"I'm scared Mum"

"I know" I sighed, sitting her up and wiping away her tears "Are you talking to his mum?"

"Yeah, she said he's not doing good and he's on life support" she sniffled, making me frown deeply.

"He's a fighter, you know that" I attempted to comfort, giving her another hug.

"His mum's said she'll let me know if anything happens. I think it's best that we don't go today, let his mum and dad stay with him. She'll tell me if anything happens" 

"Yeah, I agree" I smiled sadly, rubbing her back gently as she sniffled "D'you want to do something? Watch a movie or anything?"

"Yeah, can we watch Lego movie please?"

"Of course, I'll send Dad to the shop for popcorn" 

She chuckled a little, wiping her eyes before heading upstairs into her bedroom, leaving me stood in the kitchen sadly.

I cleaned up before heading into the little office room we had to see Stampy sat recording something, making me chuckle. Realising he was doing face cam, I smirked and grabbed the air horn that was on the shelf. 

He hadn't yet noticed me so I snook up behind him and pressed the trigger next to his head, making him jump and scream before start laughing hysterically.

"Sorry" I laughed, shaking my head and smiling at the camera.

"Meanie" he pouted before wrapping up the end of the video and turning to me.

"Could you go to the shop and get some popcorn please?"

"Yeah, sure. How come?"

"Max's had a seizure and is on life support at the minute so Rae wants to distract herself with movies with us all" I explained.

"Oh God, yeah. I'll go get some in a minute. I'll get some chocolate and a magazine for her too" he smiled, standing up and kissing my forehead "Get together some blankets and pillows"

"I will do" I nodded.

We watched some movies before Stampy had to go and record, Ben went out with some mates and Gemma and Jack were playing upstairs while Rachel sat outside in the cold.

She'd cried a few more times, worrying about him which was understandable. I'd do the same. I watched her out of the window, seeing her pull the faux fur hood up on her coat and rock the swing slightly. 

I sighed, knowing that she was feeling anxious and there was nothing I could do about it. My phone buzzed on the counter, making me jump and turn around to read the message. 

It was from Max's mum. I'd taken the number from Rae earlier and let his mum know it was me in case she needed my number for anything.

'He's awake now and wants to see Rachel if you could bring her over at all? He's not feeling good and needs a cuddle from her I think x'

I smiled and replied to her before wandering outside, over to my daughter who was staring up at the darkened sky.

"Max's mum messaged" I informed her "He's awake now and really wants you to go see him"

"Can we go?" she begged, eyes lighting up "Please"

"Of course we can" I chuckled "C'mon, let's go get ready"

I watched her race inside and up the stairs to get herself ready before I got changed myself.

This was going to be a long couple of weeks.
