It's not about you.
It's not about me.
It's this rebellion that's killing everybody.
The King was wrong to judge the peasants.
But the Queen was wrong to obey them.
They made the rules. This was their game.
But would they risk mutiny? Conspiracy? Rebellion?
No. They played it safe. They looked good.
But on the inside, they thought differently.
The peasants couldn't make the rules any longer.
This was a monarchy.
The King and Queen would rule this kingdom. They obeyed no one but themselves.
They created the laws. They created the punishments.
No one could overthrow them.
But as soon as the peasants got a sniff of their change, they beat them at their own game.
The snuck inside the palace and tore down the walls. The King and Queen were exposed.
Though they begged, the peasants didn't listen. It was wrong for them to rule so unjustly.
So later that day, some new laws were made....
And the King and the Queen died fairly.

Hey! Soooooo... I'm almost out of sticks! I'll have to write up some of my own.... I'll look up some writing prompts later :)
