SO! I just want to say that I'm really good at writing all the relationship goo goo stuff and not that good at writing everything else. SO! Again. I'm gonna trrryyy to write less goo goo and more important interesting story stuff. But yeah. It will probably have goo goo stuff in it, because that's just... me. Maybe I'll start on that goal like... Tomorrow. Or next week. Imma procrastinator. Sorry.

A boy and a girl agree to marry each other if they haven't found anybody they love by the time they are 30. Watch as the boy ruins every single relationship the girl has to gain her heart.

13 Years Old

I watch her as she smiles at him and plays with her hair. That is her nervous habit, she does it a lot around him. My eyes slide off her and land on the guy she flirts with. He's not that tall. I'm most likely taller. And stronger. Yeah, I'm definitely stronger than him. He's obviously not good enough for her. She's too special for any ordinary guy. And this guy is ordinary. It would never work between them. And anyways, I already found out everything about him and he's not her type. She likes skater guys, singers, band members. He's too smart for her. Not that she isn't intelligent. She probably could kick his butt in any subject. But he's in College Dreams and is planning on going to Harvard. Not. Cool. And she would hate his habits.

I walk up behind them and put my arm around her neck. Automatically, she leans in. I've known her forever. She's used to me being around.

"Hey." I say, looking at her a second too long. I quickly avert my eyes and get a closer look at the guy in front of me.

"Hey Conrad." She says in her best " don't embarrass me" voice. "This is Liam. He's new, just moved from New York." Her eyes widen at the words of his old town. She desperately wants to travel.

I turn to him and shake his hand. "Oh Hi. Remy is the best at showing newbies around school. Wait, aren't you the guy who just started that club? What was it about... Chess?" I tilt my head and pretend to think it over.

He smiles and looks proud. "Yeah, I couldn't believe this school didn't have one."

I look at Remy who is glaring at me. I smirk at her. "It is strange. Listen, imma steal Remy for a bit. I'll let her find you later, okay?" I walk away before listening to his answer, Remy willingly following me.

She stops and crossed her arms across her small body. "Thanks, Conrad." She sarcastically remarks.

I wink at her. "Just trying to save you, Rem."

I've let this go on for too long. 3 months too long. I've watched her fall for this punk and it's killing me. But Remy is a big girl, like she's reminded me time and time again, and I can't just break them up like every other time. It's starting to get obvious.

But this kid is a jerk. I've seen him walk in front of her and slam doors in her face. I've seen him hold other girl's hands. I watched as he yelled at Remy from across the schoolyard to go get him food. I don't care if he's part of a band. He's a complete...

But Remy is following him around like a puppy. She could literally have any guy at this school. Any. Guy. And she decided that the most popular punk wins her heart. No way. Not in this world. I hate how I have to do this, but it's the only way.

I took some pictures of her perfect boyfriend at his concert last weekend, the one she missed because she was sick. He didn't go straight home after. He stayed for a while. With an unknown number, I text the pictures to Remy's phone. I sit across the school yard and watch, guilty. She's sitting inbetween his legs when she pulls out her cell. I can see the moment she realizes what just happened. Her face falls. Her hair covers her eyes. Her dimples fade away. I can imagine the sound of her breaths, her heartbeats and her heart breaking. But then she puts on her face. Her mask. She knows how to deal with this in front of people. And she does.
