She hurt.
Her head. Her stomach. Her limbs. Her heart.
She was slowly fading away, knowing how to bring herself back but being too tired to try. She could barely lift her arms to support herself, let alone have the mental strength to stay sane.
She let her mind wander, never calling it back. She let her imagination run wild, but the places it carried her too weren't what the propaganda suggested. Her head hurt. It ached. It burned. It shook.
It disintegrated.
Nothing was right. Nothing was calm. Nothing was as it seemed. Her pretty little smile could only be held for so long.
But the road back to sanity is always so close. You only need to look for it. The narrow road. The loving road.
But she refused to turn her head to the side. Her stubbornness would be the end of her someday. Not today. Today she cried, but today she carried on, crawling down the road she paved for herself.
If only she looked. If only she would look to the left just a little, just enough to see.
That He's always right there. No matter how far down the wrong path you are.

Idk if this makes sense to you, but it makes sense in my head soo.. Sorry it's short.
