Chapter 8 :)

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY BELLA!!!!!!” the boys yelled in my ear as they walked into the twins room since that’s where I slept last night with Luke.

I yawn then say, “Aweee thank you boys!!!” 

“Com’n open your prezzies!! They’re downstairs!! come on!” Beau screamed.

"Woahhh calm down Beau, I just woke up!" I got up and ran downstairs and saw some presents and cards on the table.

“Open mine first” Jai said, handing me his present. I opened it up and saw the most amazing penny board! I legit fell in love with it. I then saw three snapbacks he got me.

“Ahhh I love it! I love the penny board and I love the snapbacks!! This is hard present to beat” I smiled and looked at the boys.

“Okay, mine next” Luke said shoving his present in my face.

“Okay, okay calm down” I laughed. It was a white iPhone 5! I’ve wanted a new phone for ages since my iPhone is starting to freeze up a lot.

“OMG thank you sooooooo much!!! I really wanted an iPhone! Thanks Luke” I squealed. Last was Beau.

“I want you to read the card first” he whispered. I grabbed the card. It read

 

Dear Isabella Nicole Brooks

 Wow, 15 years ago when I was 5 my little sister was born. I’m going to be honest here, I absolutely hated you, because I had already lost attention because of the boys and then along comes another one, and you’re a girl so it was more drama. When you were born and my mate came over for a ‘play-date’ he asked if you were my little sister. I said no and said that you were some alien from another planet. I said that because I didn’t want anything to do with you. Now, it’s very different. When you were 9 and I was 14 you had a fight with the boys and started bawling your eyes out. I came and helped you and thats when our strong bond started. I went and told the boys off and you called me your hero. We have grown so much together. When we started the janoskians in 2011 you were 13 and you did everything you could to be apart of the group, but we kept saying no. You finally got use to the idea of us not letting you in the group, but what you haven’t realised is that you are a Janoskian. You don’t star in the videos, but you’re the biggest supporter we have and we couldn’t be any more thankful for that. Bella, you are one of a kind and even though I didn’t like you at first, I couldn’t imagine my life without you. Happy Birthday little one.

 I actually started tearing up and I think Beau did too. I looked at him and gave him a massive hug. He handed me a little box. I unwrapped it and opened it up. Inside was a love heart locket with a picture of me and Beau inside.

“thank you so much Beau! Help me put it on will you?” I asked him. He nodded and put it on for me. We sat down and ate breakfast together after opening the presents.

“I suggest you go and get dressed once we finished breakfast, we have a big day ahead of us” Jai said. I looked at him really confused. What were we doing!?

 I finished my breakfast and went back upstairs. I had a shower and then went back to my room. I got changed into my blue denim shorts and my blue and black striped top. I straightened my hair and grabbed the blue and black snapback that Jai got me. I went and got my blue air forces and put them on. I looked in my mirror and thought I looked good. I put a little bit of makeup and then put my blue bracelet on. I took a picture and posted it on instagram:

 I went back downstairs and went up to the boys.

“So what are we doing today?” I asked.

“Well, firstly we are going bowling then we are going to ikea because I have a very big surprise” Beau told me. I was a little confused. Why were we going to ikea!? Ugh whatever I’ll just wait for it to happen I guess.

 

~Jai's Pov.~

We were taking Bella out to bowling for her birthday. We thought we should do something different and simple for her birthday. We usually come up with crazy ideas, but we had other ideas this year beside just going bowling, but she didn’t know what they were.

“Alright, lets go!!” I screamed to the others.

“Hang on let me go and get my phone, won’t be long” Bella smiled and walked upstairs to grab her phone. She walked downstairs again after about 10 minutes and I could tell there was something up. She had a weird look on her face.

“What’s up Bella?” I asked out of curiosity.

“Um, nothing, let’s just go” she replied back walked out to the car. Strange.

~Isabella's Pov.~

I went upstairs to grab my phone and saw I had a message on twitter. From of course Veronica. Why can’t she just fucking leave me alone! God.

I felt tears in my eyes. I ran to the bathroom and started crying. I looked in the mirror and saw nothing but someone who was ugly and worthless. I cleaned myself up and headed back downstairs, trying to hide the fact I had been crying.

“What’s up Bella?” Jai asked as I walked downstairs. I could tell he was worried and curious.

“Um, nothing, let’s just go” I quickly replied and walked out the door. I put my earphones in and blocked out the world. I was just thinking. The boys were talking about some AFL game. I love AFL, but at that moment, I wasn’t really in the mood to listen. I just kept staring out the window, wondering what to do with my life.

Its your birthday Bella! For crying out loud! Just forget about all the shit with Veronica and try and act positive!
