Emily tried to talk to Alex about what Mrs. Gracia's observation but somehow she couldn't find him anywhere in the spa. She finally found him a few minutes before they started their next activity. They were going to do the same activities pero kung noong umaga individually nila ginagawa yung mga activities this time they were tied together with a bungee cord. 

"You guys did amazingly by yourselves so this time I wanna see how well you'll work together." Yun lang yung instructions sa kanila ni Ms. Gracia. Alex looked unfazed pero si Emily medyo ninenerbyos.

Emily is a team player, she listens well to instructions and helps as best as she can. However, Alex is not. When it comes to strenuous activities like this he likes to excel and do his best. He's not really vocal so he tends to just expect you to do well and follow his lead. That just doesn't work for Emily the only thing going for her is that she's eager and easy to teach. 

Nang mag-simula silang dalawa sa rock wall climbing, naturally Alex took the lead. Kung noong umaga it only took Alex a full two minutes, this time with Emily in tow it took them under five minutes to get to the top. Same goes for the 10 foot pole, it took both of them longer than their individual times what with Alex going faster that Emily can barely keep up so she keeps slipping. Alex looks a bit pissed but didn't say anything even through the whole ordeal he barely said five words to Emily to guide her, he just let Ms. Gracia and the coach to help her. 

Nang matapos nila yung course, pinabalik na sila hotel, Mrs. Gracia just reminded them about the small bonfire session they'll have after dinner. Emily wanted to talk to Alex but seeing as he looked pissed about their time she didn't. Pinili niyang bumalik ng hotel para mag-shower at mag-relax.

Kakatapos lang ni Emily mag-shower at nag-aayos ng gamit ng pumasok sa kwarto si Alex.

"Have you seen my charger?" Tanong niya kay Emily.

Tumayo si Emily at kinuha sa drawer ang hinahanap ni Alex. Kinuha yun ni Alex sa kanya at nag-charge ng phone bedside table, he laid down the bed. 

"Mukhang desidido si Lolo na maging close tayo." Sabi ni Emily, trying to start a conversation.

"Tss. Seems like it."

"Alam mo the opposite sex can have platonic relationships with each other, we don't have to be romantic to be close." Napatingin si Alex sa kanya.

"Where is this coming from?" Tanong niya as he sat up in bed.

"Sabi ni Mrs. Gracia you don't seem like you're even trying. Alam mo naman diba, na lahat ng mangyayari satin dito ire-report nya kay Lolo Al." 

"Why are you so eager to please him anyway?"

"It's not that I want to please him, I just want to do whatever he expects me to do coz that's the reason you're paying me. Gusto ko namang maging worth it yung bayad mo sakin. Tsaka isa pa bakit ba ikaw parang sobrang ayaw mo? Diba sa relationship natin naka-salalay mana mo at posisyon mo sa kumpanya niyo so bakit parang wala kang pakialam?" Hindi nag-salita si Alex.

"Akala ko nung nag-usap tayo bago tayo ikasal okay na pero hindi parin pala. Hindi mo na nga ako inaaway ngayon pero you treat me like I'm invisible. You only talk to me if necessary and I honestly see Ed more than you and to think na mag-kasama tayo sa bahay." Emily wanted to say more pero nag-ring yung phone niya. Tumatawag sa kanya si Gelo, so she left the room and answered the call.

After dinner dumiretso na sila sa isang cabana malapit sa dagat, Mrs. Gracia introduced a wooden stick adorned with feathers and told them that if they hold the stick they get the chance to talk. Alex suppressed the need to roll his eyes when he saw it. As soon as everything was settled Mrs. Gracia started the session.
