I came to work in a good mood. I'm in a really good place right now, my work life's great and I'm getting great feedback from Lolo and it helps that Emily and I have the same idea on what are relationship is. Who knew my fake wife would evolve from my roommate to my fuck buddy? I wouldn't need to seduce and spend money on women I don't even like anymore.

I looked at my watch, she should be getting off work soon. Should I pick her up instead of getting John to do it? We could go to that shop and pick out something for the bedroom. I laughed to myself as I remembered what happened last night when I showed her what I got for her.

"Alex! Seryoso ka ba?! Pati ba naman sa ganitong bagay kelangan mong pag aksayahan ng pera?" Inis na sabi nya sakin.

"Why not? It spices things up and its for you anyway." She pursed her lips, her face red from embarrassment.

"Come on, let's try it." I told her as I opened the box and read the instructions.

"You're such an asshole."

She was protesting so much but at the end of the night she couldn't even stop shaking from pleasure.

So yes I was in such a great mood, everything's going great until Gina arrived and informed me that I have to go to Taiwan to fix the mess my stupid cousins made with a client.

"Why do I have to go and bakit ngayon lang ako sinabihan? I have plans." I asked Gina as she walked with me back to my car while my actual secretary follows us as she tried to move my schedule around.

"It's an emergency and you were requested by your Dad." I stopped walking when she said it and she gave a heavy sigh. Probably knowing what I'm about to say.

"I'm not coming if he's gonna be there." I told her as we all stopped walking.

"Alex, this is not the time to be childish."

"I'm not being childish. I'm not going." 

"Why? Convince me why you don't want to go. As someone who could be the next President of this corporation, this is a good opportunity to prove yourself to everyone. Kapag naayos mo tong gusot na to, papaboran ka ng board of directors. You'll prove yourself to be more valuable than your cousins. Are you telling me that just because he's gonna be there you're gonna let this opportunity slip?" She's right, of course she's right and my Dad knows it too that's why he wants me there.

"Fine. Get everything in order. I'll be at home."

"Why? It'd be faster if you leave now." Tanong nya.

"Emily and I had dinner plans so I gotta go tell her I can't make it coz of my useless cousins." She smiled and for sure she's gonna report that little tidbit to Lolo, so in a way maybe it's not gonna be that bad.

Nakatayo ako sa harap ng salamin, suot ang damit at accessories na iniwan ni Alex kaninang umaga. Dress at stilettos sya na galing sa isang mamahaling brand may kasama din itong earrings at bracelet na sabi nya ay kailangan ko ding isuot.

"Ano to?" Tanong ko sa kanya habang bitbit ang garment bag at shoe box na iniwan nya sa kwarto ko.

"Outfit mo for tonight." Sagot nya habang inaayos ang necktie nya.

"Ha? Bakit?"

"I told you were going out for dinner and thats what I want you to wear, make sure to fix your hair and wear  some make up too."
