Monday, 5th December 2016 - Speaking to Mouse
Dear Diary
During one of my classes with Prey, Intruder and Mouse, I sat next to Mouse. We both sat a few rows behind Prey and Intruder. As per normal, Prey and Intruder were being very close.
Mouse noticed my displeasure at this, and started to ask me how I was planning on ending their relationship so that I could step in to take Intruder's place.
He knew most of this, so it seemed that he was just making conversation. I explained to him that I had a variety of plans in place, and they were all having a moderate effect, although very little had actually managed to have been achieved.
After listening to all of this, Mouse said to me
"Do you think you would have more success if you were able to talk to Prey, face-to-face?".
Everything he had just said to me made sense. Everything else that I was doing was more of a halting movement. Talking to Prey was the next logical step, something that I had only really done once before.
I informed him of this, even going so far as to tell him that I had no idea how I would go about doing that, as he always sat next to Intruder.
With a glint in his eye, Mouse said
"Leave that to me."
